Within the basic tariff terms, GB and minutes are included, which can be used for communication in 27 EU countries.

You will receive:

800 minutes for all outgoing calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay;
Incoming calls in 27 EU countries are free of charge;
20 GB of internet are available for use in roaming;
700 SMS in Ukraine and across 27 EU countries;
150 minutes for calls between EU countries.

If the services included in the package are not enough, the following charges will apply:

Calls between EU countries – UAH 30/30 minutes per day. (Up to 20 such bundles are available per day); after that the cost is UAH 2/min.

After using the included minutes, the cost of calls and SMS abroad will be:

Calls from Ukraine to 27 EU countries and between them – UAH 30/30 minutes per day.

Within the service, you will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

The 7 countries where the service conditions apply:

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Important: Only 4G mobile internet is available in Iceland (10 GB within this service). Incoming and outgoing calls are not available due to the lack of 2G/3G networks.

Pay in advance and use your tariff for 12 months – the service package will be automatically renewed according to the current tariff conditions and without mandatory monthly payments. Stay online with the Internet, make free calls within countries covered by your tariff, and use other services included in your package.

Service enables to temporarily block a number at the customer’s request or in case of loss of the device (all incoming, outgoing calls and SMS for blocked numbers will be unavailable). The service is activated only at the customer’s initiative.

Cost: no charges will be made until the end of the month when the service was activated. The service cost from the 2nd month will be 10 UAH/month.

In case of non-payment for the «Number Retention in the Network» service, another type of blocking will be automatically activated – for non-payment of the bill, which is valid within 3 months, after which the number will be deactivated.

General information

20,8 UAH per day is the estimated cost per day in the Vodafone Red Unlim Max tariff, which is determined by dividing the cost of a package of services for the calendar month into the average duration of the month: 625 UAH for 30 days. Estimated cost per day for calendar months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated by dividing the cost of a package of services for a calendar month for the corresponding number of days.

To correctly charge a service package for a month, please end all previously started internet sessions or turn the phone off and on.

Gigabytes of internet within the tariff are available for use in 2G, 3G and 4G-networks if there is technical access and coverage.

Fair use policy of unlimited internet service for subscribers of a private segment of the contract form of service.

Customers of Vodafone Pospaid&Bisness tariffs can use app "Дія" unlimitedly from 21.02.2020.

The tariff is valid in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries.

Tariffs in UAH including VAT and Pension Fund collection 7,5% from services’ price without VAT, on 01.03.2026. Call rates are charged per first second of each minute.
