Each 300 MB is available for UAH 20. Up to 20 packages per day.

Calls and SMS

Calls within the network and incoming calls while roaming in 27 EU countries – unlimited.
Calls to other networks in Ukraine – UAH 3/min.
Calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay (while roaming) – UAH 3/min.
SMS within Ukraine and while roaming – UAH 3/10 messages (up to 20 packages per day), thereafter – UAH 1 per message.

In Ukraine and in 27 EU countries, the following terms apply

A mandatory daily fee of UAH 20 applies, which includes 300 MB of data.

With continued use, each additional 300 MB will be provided for UAH 20 (up to 20 packages per day).

Calls and SMS when used

Calls to other networks in Ukraine – UAH 3/min.
Calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay (in 27 EU countries) – UAH 3/min.
Unlimited calls within the Vodafone network in Ukraine – UAH 15/day.
SMS within Ukraine and in roaming – UAH 3/10 messages (up to 20 packages per day), thereafter – UAH 1 per message.

Terms of using daily services

If there sufficient amount of money on the account, the monthly package fee is charged automatically. It happens after a month from the date when the package was connected (from 00:00 to 8:00).

For example, if the service package was connected on the 25th, the payment will be withdrawn on the 25th of the following month. As soon as the service package is charged, you will receive an SMS (after 8:00).

Important information: until you receive an SMS about service package activation, you will have a daily rate, ie calls, SMS and the Internet will be paid.

If on an account does not enough money to pay for a monthly package service, then there is an automatically will be available daily rates with obligatory payment.

In the future, every day, the system will check the status of your account and, as soon as there is a sufficient amount, will connect a monthly service package.

Until 30.06.2026, as part of the “Available Roaming as a Gift” promotion, the basic tariff package includes gigabytes and minutes that can be used for communication in 7 countries.

Within the service, you will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

The 7 countries where the service conditions apply:

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Important: Only 4G mobile internet is available in Iceland (10 GB within this service). Incoming and outgoing calls are not available due to the lack of 2G/3G networks.

Service details

Pay in advance and use your tariff for 12 months – the service package will be automatically renewed according to the current tariff conditions and without mandatory monthly payments. Stay online with the Internet, make free calls within countries covered by your tariff, and use other services included in your package.

Starting from 30.01.2025 the following will be available with the «Joice Х2» service:

Standard cost of the service in addition to the basic cost of the service package - 50 UAH/month.
Monthly cost of the package together with the service Joice X2 - 370 UAH.

The service cost is automatically charged from the account. The validity of the activated service will be extended for the next month until the customer disconnects it.

The service will be valid if the service package is activated for a month. If the monthly package is not activated, the service will be not activated and the daily tariffs will apply.

After the service is deactivated, the tariff provided with it will be valid until the next update of the monthly service package. Further, the Joice X2 service will be unavailable for reactivation on standard terms and the standard Joice tariff conditions will apply.

The service deactivation will also deactivate the «ONLINE-SPROTYV» promotion, if it was activated.

Service «Internet for 2nd device» let to use your primary SIM card internet on an additional SIM in a tablet, modem, laptop, smartphone. Both card have one number and account.

General information

The tariff is available when you switch to Vodafone Ukraine from other operators without your mobile number change.

11 UAH/day is the estimated cost per day in Joice, which is determined by dividing the cost of a service package for the calendar month into the average duration of the month: 330 UAH for 30 days. The estimated daily cost for the calendar months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated by dividing the cost of a service package for a calendar month into the corresponding number of days.

The tariffs are applicable on the territory of Ukraine with the presence of the operator’s network coverage, except for the territory where the public authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers or do not exercise them in full.

To activate a service package (for 1 day, 28 days, or 1 month), the remaining balance on the account after activation must be at least UAH 0.01. To ensure the correct activation of the monthly service package, all previously started internet sessions must be completed before the package is activated and the corresponding SMS notification is received.

The cost of calls is indicated for the first second of each minute of the call, the cost of which includes each subsequent second of the specified minute within the conversation. The payment is charged in the first second of each minute of the conversation.
The tariffs are indicated in hryvnias, including VAT and the Pension Fund fee, which is 7.5% of the service cost, net of VAT, as of 05.03.2026.
The minimum term of the tariff is 30 days from the date of its introduction.
