"Available roaming" in 7 countries
Until 30.06.2026, as part of the “Available Roaming as a Gift” promotion, the basic tariff package includes gigabytes and minutes that can be used for communication in 7 countries. You will receive:

30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;

70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.
If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);

"Year without fees" service
Pay in advance and use your tariff for 12 months - the service package will be automatically renewed according to the current tariff conditions and without mandatory monthly payments. Stay online with the Internet, make free calls within countries covered by your tariff, and use other services included in your package.

Service "Internet for 2nd device"
Service price – 50 UAH/month.
Service «Internet for 2nd device» let to use your primary SIM card internet on an additional SIM in a tablet, modem, laptop, smartphone. Both card have one number and account.
How to start use service:
Step1. Buy a Power Sim starter pack.
Step 2. Activate the service and restart your smartphone.
Step 3. Wait for SMS about activation and insert the Power SIM into the additional device.

- The new package of 50 SMS / UAH 1.50 per day will be available the next day.

If the tariff for 4 weeks is not paid
Mandatory payment regardless of usage
Mandatory daily payment is UAH 15, which provides 200 MB of Internet. MB can be used both in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries.
If you use up the initial volume, each additional 200 MB will also cost UAH 15 (up to up to 20 packages per day).
After using all daily packages, the Internet is provided without charging until the end of the day.
Additional fee in case of usage
- Calls to other networks in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries – 0,60 UAH/min.
- SMS within Ukraine to all mobile networks – 50 units for 1,50 UAH/day.

Terms of use of daily services
If there sufficient amount of money on the account, the 4 week package fee is charged automatically. It happens after 28 days from the date when the package was connected (from 00:00 to 8:00).
For example, if the service package was connected on the 25th, the payment will be withdrawn on the 23th of the following month. As soon as the service package is charged, you will receive an SMS (after 8:00).
Important information: until you receive an SMS about service package activation, you will have a daily rate, ie calls, SMS and the Internet will be paid.
If on an account does not enough money to pay for 4 week package service, then there is an automatically will be available daily rates with obligatory payment.
In the future, every day, the system will check the status of your account and, as soon as there is a sufficient amount, will connect a monthly service package.
Important information: the date of the next package payment will be connected to new date when the 4 weeks service package was activated. To check, dial *101*4#
Calls and SMS abroad rates
Calls:
- UAH 25/day for every 15 min when making an outgoing call to one of 16 countries.
- UAH 30/day for every 5 min when making an outgoing call to one of 14 countries.

1. How to activate
Activate in My Vodafone app (Menu – Quick access– Available add-ons – Connection for a Year – Year without fees).
If you want to activate "Year without fees" in the current tariff:
- make sure that there is a sufficient amount in the account to pay for service;
- dial *365# or in My Vodafone app
- wait for SMS about service activation.
If you have no service package activated for 4 weeks/month and a day package applies, the service package will be activated the next day at your tariff (and the daily tariff will be available until the end of the day).
If you want to switch to a new tariff and activate the "Year without fees" service:
- switch to the new tariff and wait for the SMS confirmation;
- top up your account with an amount sufficient to pay for the first package of services;
- wait until the first service package is automatically charged;
- dial *365# or My Vodafone to activate the service for a year;
- receive an SMS confirmation of service activation.
The Year Without Payments service will be activated only after you pay for the first package of services in the new tariff.
2. Terms of use
- Activation is available only in case of money availability on the main account. Money from additional account can’t be used to pay for this service.
- In case tariff for month is not paid, then after «Year without fees» activation service pack for month would be activated after 00:00.
- For clients Joice Start andJoice Pro when you migrate to another Vodafone Ukraine Prepaid tariff activated service «Year without fees» is invalid. Exeption – when you migrate from Joice Max to Joice Pro service «Year without fees» is valid.
- For clients SuperNet when you migrate to another Vodafone Ukraine Prepaid tariff with the same or higher subscription fee the activated service «Year without fees» is valid. While the service package charging shall be under the current terms of the tariff plan. The current terms of the tariff plan mean the current terms of the tariff plan as of the service package updating time. In other cases, as well as when switching to Joice Pro and Joice Max – is invalid.
- If you have activated the «Year without fees» service, the package of services according to your tariff for Ukraine will be charged automatically every month. Therefore, please pay attention: if you dial the combination to connect the service package (*101*444#), the fee for it will be deducted from your account. The next package update will take place in exactly 28 days for the Joice line tariffs (Joice Start, Joice Pro, Joice Max) and a calendar month for the Joice and SuperNet tariffs (SuperNet Start, SuperNet Start+, SuperNet Pro, SuperNet Unlim).
- When «Year without fees» service comes to the end, you can activate it again. Please check its description before, since its terms may be changed in comparison to your previous ones, which can be updated. To activate, wait for SMS about current service deactivation, reload your phone and dial *365# in case of sufficient amount on account.
- You can activate the «Year without fees» service if the «Double minutes», «Joice X2» service is not active.
9,2 UAH/day is the estimated cost per day in the Joice Start 2023 tariff plan, which is determined by dividing the cost of the service package, namely 260 UAH/28 days.
To correctly charge a service package for 4 weeks, please end all previously started internet sessions or turn the phone off and on.
To activate a service package (for 1 day, 28 days, or 1 month), the remaining balance on the account after activation must be at least UAH 0.01.
Unlimited traffic for top apps means the provision of unlimited Internet traffic to the following applications/services: Apple Music, Apple TV, YouTube, YouTube Music, Netflix, MEGOGO, SoundCloud, Deezer, Spotify, Shazam, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Likee, Viber, WhatsApp, Skype, Telegram (messaging), Hangouts, Google Classroom, Google Meet (calls), Zoom, Skype for Business (calls), FaceTime, Microsoft Teams (calls), WeChat, All-Ukrainian School Online, SWEET. TV, Diya, Diya TV, Duolingo, Coursera, Reddit, Canva (subject to an activated service package for 4 weeks in the Joice Start 2023 tariff plan).
After using 30 GB of the Internet in total in applications/services for which unlimited Internet traffic is provided within the tariff plan, the mobile Internet speed for these applications/services will be up to 1.5 Mbps until the service package is reactivated for 4 weeks.
25 GB of the Internet is provided in addition to the unlimited applications. After using the package gigabytes, 200 MB will be charged for 15 UAH (20 packages per day). After using the additional 20 packages of 200 MB, the mobile Internet speed will be 150 Kbps.
25 GB of the Internet plus unlimited applications provides the possibility to use the Internet gigabytes within the tariff plan in 2G, 3G and 4G networks, subject to the technical access and coverage. During the high network load, the Internet access speed may be limited.
Within the tariff, 800 minutes are available for calls to all mobile and landline networks in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries. When 800 minutes are used, Vodafone Unlimited will apply, which provides the unlimited calls to Vodafone Ukraine unlimited incoming calls in EU roaming and calls to other networks in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries at 1.50 UAH/minute.
The tariff, services and promotions are valid on the territory of Ukraine if the operator’s network coverage is available, except for the temporarily occupied territory and the territory where the public authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers or do not exercise them in full.

The cost of calls is indicated for the first second of each minute of the call, the cost of which includes each subsequent second of the specified minute within the call. It is charged in the first second of each minute of the call.
The information about services and prices are indicated in UAH including VAT and the Pension Fund fee of 7.5% of the cost of services excluding VAT as of 30.01.2025.
The minimum term of the tariff plan is 28 days from the date of its introduction.
