Within the basic tariff terms, GB and minutes are included, which can be used for communication in 27 EU countries.

400 minutes for all outgoing calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay;
incoming calls in the EU are free of charge;
11 GB of Internet in the EU (which can be used in Ukraine as well);
50 minutes for calls between EU countries.

If the services included in the package are not enough, the following charges will apply in Ukraine and the EU.

Each 300 MB is available for UAH 20. Up to 20 packages per day.

Calls and SMS

Calls within the network and incoming calls in the EU – unlimited.
Calls to other networks in Ukraine – UAH 3/min.
Calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay (in the EU) – UAH 3/min.
SMS within Ukraine and while in the EU – UAH 3/10 messages (up to 20 packages per day), thereafter – UAH 1 per message.

In Ukraine and in the EU, the following terms apply

Internet

A mandatory daily fee of UAH 20 applies, which includes 300 MB of data.

With continued use, each additional 300 MB will be provided for UAH 20 (up to 20 packages per day).

Calls and SMS when used

Calls to other networks in Ukraine – UAH 3/min.
Calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay (in the EU) – UAH 3/min.
Unlimited calls within the Vodafone network in Ukraine – UAH 15/day.
SMS within Ukraine and in the EU – UAH 3/10 messages (up to 20 packages per day), thereafter – UAH 1 per message.

Terms of using daily services

If there sufficient amount of money on the account, the monthly package fee is charged automatically. It happens after a month from the date when the package was connected (from 00:00 to 8:00).

For example, if the service package was connected on the 25th, the payment will be withdrawn on the 25th of the following month. As soon as the service package is charged, you will receive an SMS (after 8:00).

Important information: until you receive an SMS about service package activation, you will have a daily rate, ie calls, SMS and the Internet will be paid.

If on an account does not enough money to pay for a monthly package service, then there is an automatically will be available daily rates with obligatory payment.

In the future, every day, the system will check the status of your account and, as soon as there is a sufficient amount, will connect a monthly service package.

After using the included minutes, the cost of calls and SMS abroad will be:

Calls from Ukraine to the EU countries and between them – UAH 30/30 minutes per day.
Up to 20 such bundles are available per day; after that the cost is – UAH 2/min.

Until 31.10.2026, as part of the “Available Roaming as a Gift” promotion, the basic tariff package includes gigabytes and minutes that can be used for communication in 7 countries.

Within the service, you will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

The 7 countries where the service conditions apply:

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Important: Only 4G mobile internet is available in Iceland (10 GB within this service). Incoming and outgoing calls are not available due to the lack of 2G/3G networks.

Service details

The Year without Fee service will be unavailable if you have activated the Internet Deactivation service. To activate Year without fees service, deactivate the Internet Disconnection service or dial *250*101#.

Pay in advance and use your tariff for 12 months – the service package will be automatically renewed according to the current tariff conditions and without mandatory monthly payments. Stay online with the Internet, make free calls within countries covered by your tariff, and use other services included in your package.

11 UAH/day – the estimated cost per day in Tariff Vodafone SuperNet Start determined by dividing the cost of the package of services per calendar month on the average length of the month, namely 330 UAH for 30 days. The estimated cost per day for months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated in the same way.

After all bundled gigabytes and 20 additional 300 MB packages are used in Ukraine and the 27 EU countries, internet access is provided without limits until the end of the day.

To correctly charge a service package for a month, please end all previously started internet sessions or turn the phone off and on.

Customers of Vodafone Prepaid tariffs who activated monthly packed services can use app «Diia» unlimitedly. Unlimited application «Diia» (functionality for documents) together with «Diia Radio» is available regardless of the connection of the service package for a month. Unlimited on «Diia TV» is available only when the service package is connected for a month.

Fares are valid on the territory of Ukraine in the presence of network coverage of the operator, except for the territory where the public authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers or exercise them not in full. The cost of calls is indicated for the first second of each conversation minute in The cost of which is included every second of the specified minute within the conversation.

Billing occurs in the first second of every minute of a call.
Tariffs are indicated in UAH including VAT and Pension Fund tax, which is 7.5% of the cost of services without VAT, as of 05.03.2026.

The minimum tariff validity period is 30 days from the date of its introduction.
