Within the basic tariff terms, GB and minutes are included, which can be used for communication in 27 EU countries.

800 minutes for calls within Ukraine (mobile and landline) and in 27 EU countries (outgoing calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay). After using the 800 minutes, unlimited calls to Vodafone numbers in Ukraine;
Incoming calls in 27 EU countries are free of charge;
10 GB of internet are available for use in roaming.

In Ukraine and in 27 EU countries, the following terms apply

Internet

In Ukraine: after using 50 GB of data at maximum speed, the mobile internet speed will be reduced to up to 0.8 Mbps.
In roaming: UAH 20 per each 300 MB per day (up to 20 packages per day).

Calls and SMS

Calls within the network and incoming calls while roaming in 27 EU countries – unlimited.
Calls to other networks in Ukraine – UAH 3/min.
Calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay (while roaming) – UAH 3/min.
SMS within Ukraine and while roaming – UAH 3/10 messages (up to 20 packages per day), thereafter – UAH 1 per message.

In Ukraine and in 27 EU countries, the following terms apply

A mandatory daily fee of UAH 20 applies, which includes 300 MB of data.

With continued use, each additional 300 MB will be provided for UAH 20 (up to 20 packages per day).

Calls to other networks in Ukraine – UAH 3/min.
Calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay (while roaming) – UAH 3/min.
Unlimited calls within the Vodafone network in Ukraine – UAH 15/day.
SMS within Ukraine and in roaming – UAH 3/10 messages (up to 20 packages per day), thereafter – UAH 1 per message.

Terms of using daily services

The 4-week service fee is charged automatically if there are sufficient funds in your account. This happens exactly 4 weeks after the date when the package was activated in the previous month (between 00:00 and 08:00).

For example, if the service package was activated on the 25th, the next charge will take place on the 23rd of the following month. As soon as the package is credited, you will receive an SMS notification (after 08:00).

Important: until you receive an SMS confirming that the service package has been credited, the daily tariff will apply, meaning calls, SMS, and data will be charged separately.

If there are insufficient funds in your account to pay for the 4-week service package, the system automatically switches to the daily tariff, which includes a mandatory daily fee regardless of usage.

After that, the system checks your account balance ежедневно and, once there is enough money, the 4-week service package will be activated automatically.

Until 30.06.2026, as part of the “Available Roaming as a Gift” promotion, the basic tariff package includes gigabytes and minutes that can be used for communication in 7 countries.

Within the service, you will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

The 7 countries where the service conditions apply:

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Important: Only 4G mobile internet is available in Iceland (10 GB within this service). Incoming and outgoing calls are not available due to the lack of 2G/3G networks.

Have you used the Internet at maximum speed? Order the "Additional Gigabytes" service, namely 1 GB for 15 UAH, and continue to use high-speed Internet without restrictions.

Service bundle for a month or for 4 weeks is paid according to your tariff.
15 UAH for the first gigabyte of internet is charged at the moment of service usage. In the future, each next gigabyte of internet for 15 UAH will be charged automatically if the service is activated.
Once "Additional Gigabytes" service is activated will be prolonged automatically. There's a restriction for deactivation of the service during 24 hours from the moment of its activation.

11,4 UAH/day – estimated cost per day in the Vodafone SuperNet Turbo 4G tariff, which is determined by dividing the cost of the service package for 4 weeks by the duration of the package, namely for 28 days: 320 UAH for 28 days.

To correctly charge a service package for 4 weeks, please end all previously started internet sessions or turn the phone off and on.

The Vodafone SuperNet Turbo 4G tariff provides unlimited mobile internet for 28 days, but after using 50 GB at maximum speed, its speed will be up to 0.8 Mbps. After running out of GB at maximum speed, you can order the "Additional Gigabytes" service, namely 1GB for UAH 15. Until the end of the day, 10 packages of 1 GB each are available. You also receive 10 GB of internet that can be used in 27 EU countries.

Customers of Vodafone Prepaid tariffs who activated packed services can use app «Diia» unlimitedly for 4 weeks. Unlimited application «Diia» (functionality for documents) together with «Diia Radio» is available regardless of the connection of the service package for a month. Unlimited on «Diia TV» is available only when the service package is connected for a month.

Tariffs are valid in Ukraine if there is technical access and coverage. The price of calls is stated for the first second of every minute of call, including each successive second of specified minute within conversation. Call rates are charged per first second of each minute.

Tariffs are stated in UAH including VAT and Pension fund tax in amount of 7.5% of service cost without VAT as of 05.03.2026.

Minimum validity of tariff is 28 days starting from its subscription.
