About the service

Until 30.06.2026, as part of the “Available Roaming as a Gift” promotion, the basic tariff package includes gigabytes and minutes that can be used for communication in 7 countries. You will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

The 7 countries where the service conditions apply:

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

After using 100 GB in Ukraine, the mobile internet speed will be limited to up to 0.8 Mbps.

Internet while roaming: every 200 MB/day for 15 UAH (20 packages per day).

Calls and SMS

Calls to other networks in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries — UAH 0.60/min.
Unlimited on-net calls and unlimited incoming calls in EU countries.

SMS in Ukraine (to all mobile networks) and while roaming in 27 countries: after you use 50 SMS for UAH 1.50/day, each additional SMS costs UAH 0,50 per message.

A new 50 SMS package for UAH 1.50/day will be available starting the next day.

Mandatory charge regardless of usage

The daily fee is UAH 15, which includes 200 MB of internet. With further usage, each additional 200 MB is charged at UAH 15 (up to 20 packages per day in total).

Unlimited calls within the Vodafone network in Ukraine — UAH 15/day.
Calls to other networks in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries — UAH 0.60/min.
SMS in Ukraine (to all mobile networks) and while roaming in 27 countries — 50 SMS for UAH 1.50/day. After that, each additional SMS costs UAH 0.50 per message.

To ensure correct monthly service package charging, please end all active internet sessions or turn your phone off and back on.

Terms of use of daily services

If there sufficient amount of money on the account, the monthly package fee is charged automatically. It happens after one month from the date when the package was connected (from 00:00 to 8:00).

For example, if the service package was connected on the 25th, the payment will be withdrawn on the 25th of the following month. As soon as the service package is charged, you will receive an SMS (after 8:00).

Important information: until you receive an SMS about service package activation, you will have a daily rate, ie calls, SMS and the Internet will be paid.

If on an account does not enough money to pay for monthly package service, then there is an automatically will be available daily rates with obligatory payment.

In the future, every day, the system will check the status of your account and, as soon as there is a sufficient amount, will connect a monthly service package.

Pay in advance and use your tariff for 12 months - the service package will be automatically renewed according to the current tariff conditions and without mandatory monthly payments. Stay online with the Internet, make free calls within countries covered by your tariff, and use other services included in your package.

Have you used the Internet at maximum speed? Order the "Additional Gigabytes" service, namely 1 GB for 15 UAH, and continue to use high-speed Internet without restrictions.

Service bundle for a month or for 4 weeks is paid according to your tariff.
15 UAH for the first gigabyte of internet is charged at the moment of service usage. In the future, each next gigabyte of internet for 15 UAH will be charged automatically if the service is activated.
Once "Additional Gigabytes" service is activated will be prolonged automatically. There's a restriction for deactivation of the service during 24 hours from the moment of its activation.

15,7 UAH per day is the estimated cost per day in the Vodafone SuperNet Unlim tariff, which is determined by dividing the cost of a package of services for the calendar month into the average duration of the month: 470 UAH for 30 days. Estimated cost per day for calendar months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated by dividing the cost of a package of services for a calendar month for the corresponding number of days.

To activate a service package (for 1 day, 28 days, or 1 month), the remaining balance on the account after activation must be at least UAH 0.01.

Mobile internet speed for Vodafone SuperNet Unlim will be settled in the following way up to 0,8 Mbit/s after usage of 100 GB, and 150 KBit/s after usage of 20 packs for 200 MB for every 15 UAH until the end of the day (within daily services). Policy fair use unlimited internet for SuperNet Unlim.

Customers of Vodafone Prepaid tariffs who activated monthly packed services can use app «Diia» unlimitedly. Unlimited application «Diia» (functionality for documents) together with «Diia Radio» is available regardless of the connection of the service package for a month. Unlimited on «Diia TV» is available only when the service package is connected for a month.

Tariffs are valid in Ukraine if there is technical access and coverage. The price of calls is stated for the first second of every minute of call, including each successive second of specified minute within conversation. Call rates are charged per first second of each minute.Tariffs are stated in UAH including VAT and Pension fund tax in amount of 7,5% of service cost without VAT as of 23.12.2025. Minimum validity of tariff is 30 days starting from its subscription.

About the service “Year Without Monthly Fees”

How to activate the service

Activate in My Vodafone app (Menu – Quick access– Available add-ons – Connection for a Year – Year without fees).

If you want to activate "Year without fees" in the current tariff:

make sure that there is a sufficient amount in the account to pay for service;
dial *365# or in My Vodafone app
wait for SMS about service activation.

If you have no service package activated for 4 weeks/month and a day package applies, the service package will be activated the next day at your tariff (and the daily tariff will be available until the end of the day).

If you want to switch to a new tariff and activate the "Year without fees" service:

switch to the new tariff and wait for the SMS confirmation;
top up your account with an amount sufficient to pay for the first package of services;
wait until the first service package is automatically charged;
dial *365# or My Vodafone to activate the service for a year;
receive an SMS confirmation of service activation.

The Year Without Payments service will be activated only after you pay for the first package of services in the new tariff.

Terms of use

Activation is available only in case of money availability on the main account. Money from additional account can’t be used to pay for this service.
In case tariff for month is not paid, then after «Year without fees» activation service pack for month would be activated after 00:00.
For clients Joice Start andJoice Pro when you migrate to another Vodafone Ukraine Prepaid tariff activated service «Year without fees» is invalid. Exeption – when you migrate from Joice Max to Joice Pro service «Year without fees» is valid.
For clients SuperNet when you migrate to another Vodafone Ukraine Prepaid tariff with the same or higher subscription fee the activated service «Year without fees» is valid. While the service package charging shall be under the current terms of the tariff plan. The current terms of the tariff plan mean the current terms of the tariff plan as of the service package updating time. In other cases, as well as when switching to Joice Pro and Joice Max – is invalid.
If you have activated the «Year without fees» service, the package of services according to your tariff for Ukraine will be charged automatically every month. Therefore, please pay attention: if you dial the combination to connect the service package (*101*444#), the fee for it will be deducted from your account. The next package update will take place in exactly 28 days for the Joice line tariffs (Joice Start, Joice Pro, Joice Max) and a calendar month for the Joice and SuperNet tariffs (SuperNet Start, SuperNet Start+, SuperNet Pro, SuperNet Unlim).
When «Year without fees» service comes to the end, you can activate it again. Please check its description before, since its terms may be changed in comparison to your previous ones, which can be updated. To activate, wait for SMS about current service deactivation, reload your phone and dial *365# in case of sufficient amount on account.
You can activate the «Year without fees» service if the «Double minutes», «Joice X2» service is not active.
