Timely payment refers to the fact of paying for the package of services for 4 weeks on the scheduled date of withdrawal of funds for this package of services.

In the absence of timely payment, you will be subject to the basic terms of the tariff.

About the service

Until 30.06.2026, as part of the “Available Roaming as a Gift” promotion, the basic tariff package includes gigabytes and minutes that can be used for communication in 7 countries. You will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

The 7 countries where the service conditions apply:

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Mandatory daily payment is UAH 20, for which you get 300 MB of Internet. MB can be used both in Ukraine and in roaming in 27 EU countries.

With further use, every next 300 MB will be provided for UAH 20 (total of 20 packages per day).

To activate services package for month correctly, you must complete all previously started internet sessions or switch your mobile phone off and on.

Terms of use of daily services

If there sufficient amount of money on the account, the 4 week package fee is charged automatically. It happens after 28 days from the date when the package was connected (from 00:00 to 8:00).

For example, if the service package was connected on the 25th, the payment will be withdrawn on the 23th of the following month. As soon as the service package is charged, you will receive an SMS (after 8:00).

Important information: until you receive an SMS about service package activation, you will have a daily rate, ie calls, SMS and the Internet will be paid.
If on an account does not enough money to pay for 4 week package service, then there is an automatically will be available daily rates with obligatory payment.
In the future, every day, the system will check the status of your account and, as soon as there is a sufficient amount, will connect a monthly service package.

Important information: the date of the next package payment will be connected to new date when the 4 weeks service package was activated. To check, dial *101*4#

Special conditions for new customers:

For new customers switching to the Turbo tariff, the Year Without Fees service is available at a special price, provided that it is ordered within the first 3 days of the first call in the tariff. The price is UAH 2 715/12 months.

Pay in advance and use your tariff for 12 months - the service package will be automatically renewed according to the current tariff conditions and without mandatory monthly payments. Stay online with the Internet, make free calls within countries covered by your tariff, and use other services included in your package.

Підключайте в My Vodafone (Меню – Швидкий доступ – Доступні послуги – Зв’язок на рік – Рік без абонплат).

Якщо бажаєте підключити «Рік без абонплат» у поточному тарифі:

переконайтеся, що на рахунку достатня сума для оплати послуги;
наберіть *365# або в My Vodafone
дочекайтеся SMS про підключення послуги.

Якщо у вас не був підключений пакет послуг на 4 тижні/місяць, і діяв пакет на день, то пакет послуг за тарифом активується вже наступного дня (а до кінця дня діятиме денний тариф).

Якщо бажаєте перейти в новий тариф та підключити послугу «Рік без абонплат»:

перейдіть у новий тариф і дочекайтеся SMS-підтвердження;
поповніть рахунок на суму, достатню для оплати першого пакета послуг;
дочекайтеся автоматичного зняття плати за перший пакет послуг;
наберіть *365# або в My Vodafone для підключення послуги на рік;
отримайте SMS-підтвердження про підключення послуги.

Послуга "Рік без абонплат" підключиться лише після оплати першого пакета послуг в новому тарифі.

2. Умови користування

Ви можете підключити послугу лише за кошти з основного грошового рахунку. Гроші з додаткового рахунку не можна використати для оплати цієї послуги.
Якщо ви підключили послугу «Рік без абонплат» у момент, коли ваш тариф на місяць не оплачений, то пакет послуг нарахується після 00:00.
Для клієнтів Joice Start і Joice Pro при переході в інший тариф Vodafone Україна Передплата підключена послуга «Рік без абонплат» не зберігається. Виключення – при переході з тарифу Joice Max до Joice Pro послуга «Рік без абонплат» лишається активною.
Для клієнтів SuperNet при переході в інший тариф Vodafone Україна Передплата з однаковою або меншою сумою абонплати підключена послуга «Рік без абонплат» зберігається. При цьому нарахування пакета послуг здійснюється відповідно до умов підключеного тарифного плану на момент оновлення пакету послуг. В інших випадках, а також при переході в Joice Pro, Joice Max та у тарифи спеціальних пропозицій – відключається.
Якщо у вас підключена послуга «Рік без абонплат», то пакет послуг за вашим тарифом по Україні буде нараховуватися щомісяця автоматично. Тому зверніть, будь ласка, увагу: якщо ви наберете комбінацію для підключення пакета послуг (*101*444#), то з вашого рахунку зніметься плата за нього. General information

9,6 UAH/day is the estimated cost per day in the Vodafone Turbo tariff plan, which is determined by dividing the cost of the service package, namely 270 UAH/28 days.

To correctly charge a service package for 4 weeks, please end all previously started internet sessions or turn the phone off and on.

To activate a service package (for 1 day, 28 days, or 1 month), the remaining balance on the account after activation must be at least UAH 0.01.

After using 50 GB of the Internet at the maximum speed, the mobile Internet speed will be up to 0.8 Mbps until the next service package update for 4 weeks.

The tariff, services and promotions are valid on the territory of Ukraine if the operator’s network coverage is available, except for the temporarily occupied territory and the territory where the public authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers or do not exercise them in full.

Please read all the terms and conditions of the tariff plan, the use of services within it and the Fair Mobile Internet Use Policy in Vodafone Turbo 2023 before purchasing the starter pack.

The cost of calls is indicated for the first second of each minute of the call, the cost of which includes each subsequent second of the specified minute within the call. It is charged in the first second of each minute of the call.

The information about services and prices are indicated in UAH including VAT and the Pension Fund fee of 7.5% of the cost of services excluding VAT as of 01.01.2026.

The minimum term of the tariff plan is 28 days from the date of its introduction.
