Information about the number validity period

The number validity period is 370 days from the moment of the last top-up of your account.
If you have not topped up your account, the number is valid for 30/60 days from the moment of the first call (depending on your tariff).

How to find out the number validity period?

  • or in My Vodafone app (Get more details Section → Profile details).
How can I extend the number validity period?

Have passed since the expiration date of the number:

  • less than 60 days:

top up your account from UAH 5 (except for Funds Transfer). After that, your number will be unblocked. You will be able to make calls and use the Internet.

  • More than 60 but less than 90 days:

call 111 and leave your request. Once your number is re-registered in the network, top up your account from 5 UAH (except for Funds Transfer). You should not do it earlier than the next day, and not later than 7 days after. Following that, your number will be unblocked and you will be able to make calls and use the Internet again.

  • More than 90 days:

your number cannot be restored. At the same time, the balance of unused funds on your account will not be paid back to you.

We recommend downloading the My Vodafone app in order to resolve issues with your number easily and conveniently.
We will also inform you about the important details by SMS.

How to activate a monthly service package?

The monthly service package will be activated automatically, provided that there are enough funds in your account to withdraw the monthly payment.

What if your service package is not activated automatically?

  • End all internet sessions on your phone (turn Airplane mode on/off).
  • Check your account: *101#
  • If you do not have enough funds in your account, top up *101*4# and find out the required top-up amount. After that, top up the account with the specified amount.
  • Dial the combination to activate the monthly package: *101*444# and the call button.

Wait for an SMS about a successful activation of the monthly tariff plan and charging of service packages (gigabytes, minutes and SMS).

Minimum top-up amount: 5 UAH (except for the Funds Transfer service).

Blocking of the number for exceeding the credit limit

The number is blocked

If the amount you are indebted in your account exceeds the set credit limit:

  • after withdrawing the monthly payment for the tariff plan,
  • when using paid services.

Blocking may be on the 1st or any day of the month.

How to restore the use of services after blocking?

Make a payment to your account with a surplus of 0,01 UAH to the indebted amount.

How to avoid the number blocking?

To avoid the number blocking:

  • check the personal account balance at the end of the month in My Vodafone app or dial *110*10#
  • deposit the amount of your tariff plan for the next month in your account in advance.
When shall the bill for the previous month be paid?

The bill for the previous month shall be paid:

  • by the 15th day of the current month (terms do not apply if the credit limit is exceeded).

One day before the blocking date, we will send you a regular SMS for you to pay the bill on time and use our services again.
