How is Vodafone’s special offer made?

We use Big Data tools to analyse how your number is used, in particular, which services you use and which you don't. Based on this data, we prepare a special offer for you.

What it could be:

  • An offer to replace your old-style SIM card with a new one that supports 4G. In this case, you will be able to use the Internet at a much higher speed, without paying anything extra costs.
  • An offer to switch to individual tariff plans such as, the Vodafone 4G Smart S or the Vodafone 4G Smart M tariff plan.
  • An offer to get an additional Internet package for free. You don't have to pay for anything, you just test our Internet.
  • An offer to buy a smartphone at a discounted price in our store. It’s a good opportunity to get a new gadget and save your money.

How do I check if there is an offer for my number?

Usually the customer receives an SMS from the Vodafone sender with a description of the offer and activation terms.

In addition, to see what we have prepared just for you, use the special red banner on the main page of the site:

  1. Click «Learn».
  2. Enter your phone number.
  3. Enter the code from SMS.
  4. Learn about the offer and take advantage of it.

How to activate Vodafone 4G Smart XS or 4G Smart S?

If you receive an SMS from Vodafone with an offer to switch to one of the 4G Smart tariff plans (XS, S, M or XL), the message will indicate a short number to which you need to send a free SMS to switch.

Please note that in case of switching, the funds on the additional account are nullified (check *101*10#) and the Year without Fees service is deactivated, provided it is active within your current tariff plan (check the status *365*1#).
