Details about the cost

If your current tariff has a higher monthly fee than Vodafone ULTRA VIP, the switching fee will be UAH 52.06 (VAT and pension fund fee included).

If it is lower, switching is free of charge.

The top-up amount must be at least UAH 1 500. Pay for the package and receive a volume of services proportional to the number of days remaining until the end of the month.

Сhanges while migration:

the loyalty program and all accumulated bonuses are saved;
all connected services are disabled (except subscription services);
funds on the additional account are not saved;
the international calls and the international roaming services are activated automatically.

Within the basic tariff terms, GB and minutes are included, which can be used for communication in the EU.

You will receive:

unlimited outgoing calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay;
incoming calls in the EU are free;
2,500 SMS in Ukraine and across in the EU;
750 minutes for calls between EU countries.

If the services included in the package are not enough, the following charges will apply:

Internet UAH 20/300 MB (20 packages per day).
Calls between EU countries – UAH 30/30 minutes per day. (Up to 20 such bundles are available per day); after that the cost is UAH 2/min.

Within the service, you will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

The 7 countries where the service conditions apply:

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Important: Only 4G mobile internet is available in Iceland (10 GB within this service). Incoming and outgoing calls are not available due to the lack of 2G/3G networks.

Service details

Pay in advance and use your tariff for 12 months – the service package will be automatically renewed according to the current tariff conditions and without mandatory monthly payments. Stay online with the Internet, make free calls within countries covered by your tariff, and use other services included in your package.

How to start use service

Step1. Buy a Power SIM starter pack.

Step 2. Activate the service and restart your smartphone.

Step 3. Wait for SMS about activation and insert the Power SIM into the additional device.

Service enables to temporarily block a number at the customer’s request or in case of loss of the device (all incoming, outgoing calls and SMS for blocked numbers will be unavailable). The service is activated only at the customer’s initiative.

In case of non-payment for the «Number Retention in the Network» service, another type of blocking will be automatically activated – for non-payment of the bill, which is valid within 3 months, after which the number will be deactivated.

General information

50 UAH per day is the estimated cost per day in the Vodafone ULTRA VIP tariff, which is determined by dividing the cost of a package of services for the calendar month into the average duration of the month: 1 500 UAH for 30 days. Estimated cost per day for calendar months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated by dividing the cost of a package of services for a calendar month for the corresponding number of days.

Gigabytes of internet within the tariff are available for use in 2G, 3G and 4G-networks if there is technical access and coverage.

To correctly charge a service package for a month, please end all previously started internet sessions or turn the phone off and on.

The relevant tariff plan provides a credit limit of up to UAH 100,000 (the maximum amount of the subscriber’s outstanding debt for services, i.e. the limit for providing services on postpaid terms) after the funds on the subscriber’s personal account are exhausted. To avoid service suspension, the invoice must be paid by the 15th day of the current month for the previous billing period. More detailed information is available in the Terms of Use.

Policy of honest use of unlimited Internet for subscribers of the private segment of the contract form of service.

Customers of Vodafone Pospaid&Bisness tariffs can use app Diia unlimitedly from 21.02.2020.

The tariff is valid in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries.
