"Year without fees" service
Pay in advance and use your tariff for 12 months - the service package will be automatically renewed according to the current tariff conditions and without mandatory monthly payments. Stay online with the Internet, make free calls within countries covered by your tariff, and use other services included in your package.
Temporary Number Blocking
Service enables to temporarily block a number at the customer’s request or in case of loss of the device (all incoming, outgoing calls and SMS for blocked numbers will be unavailable). The service is activated only at the customer’s initiative.
To connect a new number
- In My Vodafone app
Identity confirmation is done through the Diya application (if you have an ID card or passport) or through BankID (if you have an old-style passport-booklet).
- In the Vodafone Store
You should have a passport/ID-card and identification code (or “Дію” app if these documents are uploaded in the app).
2.Top up your account
For an amount corresponding to the cost of the connection.
3. Wait for SMS about assessment of package service
After receiving the SMS:
- reboot your phone for correct connection;
- you will receive a service package proportional to the number of days remaining until the end of the month.
