After using 50 GB, the mobile internet speed will be up to 1.5 Mbps, in accordance with the Fair Use Policy for unlimited internet in Vodafone FLEXX tariffs.

After using a total of 30 GB of internet in Ukraine for apps/services, the mobile internet speed for these apps/services will be limited to 1.5 Mbps until the service package is renewed for the next 4-week period.

If you purchased a Flexx GO starter pack, then starting from the 2nd service package, the next 10 packages are provided at UAH 280 / 4 weeks (from the 13th package, the base price of UAH 420 / 4 weeks applies).

Promotional allowance

Under the promotion, the plan includes:

• 1,000 minutes to other networks in Ukraine and while roaming in 27 countries;

• Unlimited internet in Ukraine. 15 GB are provided for use in roaming;

• Unlimited calls within the Vodafone network in Ukraine and incoming calls in the EU.

Promotional tariff benefits are provided throughout the entire promotional period from 02 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden and the islands of Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana, Saint Martin, and Mayotte.

Until 30.06.2026, as part of the “Available Roaming as a Gift” promotion, the basic tariff package includes gigabytes and minutes that can be used for communication in 7 countries. You will receive:

• 10 GB of internet;

• 30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;

• 70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

• Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);

• Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;

• SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

Internet

• In Ukraine: after using 50 GB of data at maximum speed, the mobile internet speed will be reduced to up to 1,5 Mbps.

• In roaming: UAH 20 per each 300 MB per day (up to 20 packages per day).

Calls and SMS

• Calls within the network and incoming calls while roaming in 27 EU countries – unlimited.

• Calls to other networks in Ukraine – UAH 3/min.

• Calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay (while roaming) – UAH 3/min.

• SMS within Ukraine and while roaming – UAH 3/10 messages (up to 20 packages per day), thereafter – UAH 1 per message.

Internet

A mandatory daily fee of UAH 20 applies, which includes 300 MB of data.

With continued use, each additional 300 MB will be provided for UAH 20 (up to 20 packages per day).

• Calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay (while roaming) – UAH 3/min.

• Unlimited calls within the Vodafone network in Ukraine – UAH 15/day.

Terms of using daily services

The 4-week service fee is charged automatically if there are sufficient funds in your account. This happens exactly 4 weeks after the date when the package was activated in the previous month (between 00:00 and 08:00).

For example, if the service package was activated on the 25th, the next charge will take place on the 23rd of the following month. As soon as the package is credited, you will receive an SMS notification (after 08:00).

Important: until you receive an SMS confirming that the service package has been credited, the daily tariff will apply, meaning calls, SMS, and data will be charged separately.

If there are insufficient funds in your account to pay for the 4-week service package, the system automatically switches to the daily tariff, which includes a mandatory daily fee regardless of usage.

After that, the system checks your account balance ежедневно and, once there is enough money, the 4-week service package will be activated automatically.

Important: the date of your next package payment will change according to the new activation date of your 4-week package. To check, dial *101*4#

How to start use service:

Step1. Buy a Power Sim starter pack.
Step 2. Activate the service and restart your smartphone.
Step 3. Wait for SMS about activation and insert the Power SIM into the additional device.
