Сhanges while migration:

• the loyalty program and all accumulated bonuses are saved;

• all connected services are disabled except subscription services;

• funds on the additional account are not saved;

• the international line and international roaming service is activated automatically.

Cost: no charges will be made until the end of the month when the service was activated. The service cost from the 2nd month will be 10 UAH/month.

In case of non-payment for the «Number Retention in the Network» service, another type of blocking will be automatically activated – for non-payment of the bill, which is valid within 3 months, after which the number will be deactivated.

In Ukraine: within the tariff, the Internet is available at maximum speed without any restrictions.

Calls & SMS

• Off-net calls in Ukraine and 27 EU countries - UAH 3.00/min.

• SMS within Ukraine and 27 EU countries (all mobile networks) - UAH 3.00/10 SMS (up to 20 bundles per day, then UAH 1.00/SMS).

• Unlimited calls to Vodafone numbers in Ukraine and incoming calls in 27 EU countries.

If the services included in the package are not enough, the following charges will apply:

• Internet UAH 20/300 MB (20 packages per day).

• Calls within the country of stay and to Ukraine – UAH 3/min.

• Calls between EU countries – UAH 30/30 minutes per day. (Up to 20 such bundles are available per day); after that the cost is UAH 2/min.

• 70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

• Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);

• Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;

• SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

The 7 countries where the service conditions apply:

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Important: Only 4G mobile internet is available in Iceland (10 GB within this service). Incoming and outgoing calls are not available due to the lack of 2G/3G networks.
