1. Make connections to the contract

In My Vodafone app

Identity confirmation is done through the Diya application (if you have an ID card or passport) or through BankID (if you have an old-style passport-booklet).

In the Vodafone Store

You should have a passport/ID-card and identification code (or “Дію” app if these documents are uploaded in the app).

2.Top up your account

For an amount corresponding to the cost of the connection.

3. Wait for SMS about assessment of package service

After receiving the SMS:

reboot your phone for correct connection;
you will receive a service package proportional to the number of days remaining until the end of the month.

The cost of a SIM card (eSIM or physical card) and the selected desired number shall be paid additionally.

Within the basic tariff terms, GB and minutes are included, which can be used for communication in 27 EU countries.

You will receive:

500 minutes for all outgoing calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay;
Incoming calls in 27 EU countries are free of charge;
15 GB of internet in roaming (can also be used in Ukraine);
Outgoing calls between countries while roaming – UAH 50 per minute.

About the service

Until 30.06.2026, as part of the “Available Roaming as a Gift” promotion, the basic tariff package includes gigabytes and minutes that can be used for communication in 7 countries. You will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

The 7 countries where the service conditions apply:

General information

The Flexx GO tariff plan. UAH 11.6/day - the calculated daily cost of the Flexx GO tariff plan, determined by dividing the service package cost of UAH 350 by 30 days.

To ensure correct activation of the monthly service package, it is necessary to close all previously initiated Internet sessions or turn the smartphone off and back on.

To ensure correct monthly package accrual, please end all previously started internet sessions or switch your phone off and on.

The tariff includes the use of mobile internet data within the package in 2G, 3G, and 4G networks, subject to technical availability and coverage. During periods of high network load, internet access speed may be limited.

For customers who have ported their number to Vodafone: after 60 GB of high-speed internet usage, the connection speed is limited to 1.5 Mbps.

15 GB while roaming is deducted from the gigabytes available at maximum speed in accordance with the Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Data on Apps and Services in Flexx Tariff Plans.

After the package gigabytes are used in 27 EU countries, you will be charged 300 MB for UAH 20 (up to 20 packages per day).

The tariff plan includes unlimited calls within the Vodafone network in Ukraine and incoming calls in EU countries.

Within the tariff, 500 or 1 000 minutes are available for calls to all mobile and fixed networks in Ukraine, as well as outgoing calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay while roaming. After the 500/1 000 minutes are used, the cost of calls to other networks in Ukraine and while roaming in the country of stay is UAH 3,00 per minute.

Please review all tariff terms, the conditions of service usage within the tariff, and the “Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Internet for Applications and Services in Flexx Tariffs” before purchasing a starter pack.

The call rates are indicated per the first second of each minute of the call, which includes the cost of each subsequent second within that minute of the call. The call will be charged in the first second of every minute. The minimum validity period of the tariff plan is 30 days from the date of its activation.

Information about services and prices is provided in Ukrainian hryvnias, including VAT and the Pension Fund levy of 7.5% of the service cost excluding VAT, as of 01.02.2026.

The tariff prices, services and promotions are available within the territory of Ukraine, provided there is the operator’s network coverage, excluding the areas where the state authorities are temporarily unable to exercise their powers or do so only partially.
