Channel list

Service enables to temporarily block a number at the customer’s request or in case of loss of the device (all incoming, outgoing calls and SMS for blocked numbers will be unavailable). The service is activated only at the customer’s initiative.

Cost: no charges will be made until the end of the month when the service was activated. The service cost from the 2nd month will be 10 UAH/month.

In case of non-payment for the «Number Retention in the Network» service, another type of blocking will be automatically activated – for non-payment of the bill, which is valid within 3 months, after which the number will be deactivated.

Within the basic tariff terms, GB and minutes are included, which can be used for communication in 27 EU countries.

You will receive:

1000 minutes for all outgoing calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay;
Incoming calls in 27 EU countries are free of charge;
14 GB is provided for roaming use in 27 EU countries;
50 minutes for calls between EU countries.

If the services included in the package are not enough, the following charges will apply:

Internet UAH 20/300 MB (20 packages per day).
Calls within the country of stay and to Ukraine – UAH 3/min.
Calls between EU countries – UAH 30/30 minutes per day. (Up to 20 such bundles are available per day); after that the cost is UAH 2/min.

Within the service, you will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

The 7 countries where the service conditions apply:

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Important: Only 4G mobile internet is available in Iceland (10 GB within this service). Incoming and outgoing calls are not available due to the lack of 2G/3G networks.

Service «Internet for 2nd device» let to use your primary SIM card internet on an additional SIM in a tablet, modem, laptop, smartphone. Both card have one number and account.

Frequently asked questions

Autonomous operation during power outages

The Vodafone network is highly energy-efficient thanks to GPON technology, which allows the service to maintain data transmission for up to 100 hours during power outages.

If you have a charged laptop, tablet or phone and only need Wi-Fi internet, it is enough to use either a power bank (with fast-charging support) or a small uninterruptible power supply (UPS) of 400 VA to connect the router and the optical terminal provided upon installation. When using a power bank, you will also need two special USB-to-DC cables with voltage boost to 12 V.

This solution will keep you online for 4–6 hours. If you also need to power your laptop, connect the equipment to a UPS from 800 VA with at least three sockets.

Do I need to drill into the walls? Is installation safe if my renovation is already complete?

In most cases, no drilling is required. The installation uses existing openings, cable ducts or discreet cable routes along the walls. Minor drilling may only be needed in exceptional cases, without any major construction work or damage to your interior. The installation is carried out with due care: the cables are routed neatly and discreetly to avoid damage to walls, tiles or furniture.

Will my existing router work, or do I need to buy a new one?

In most cases, yes - you can use your existing router. However, your Internet speed will be limited by your router's capabilities rather than your tariff plan. To enjoy full gigabit speeds, you'll need a router that supports the latest Wi-Fi standards. No need to worry - during the installation, our technician will check your router and let you know whether it's suitable or recommend the best option, without any unnecessary upfront costs.

What happens to my Internet connection during a power outage?

Gigabit Internet can continue working even when the power goes out. Thanks to GPON technology, the Internet connection does not depend on the power supply in your building and can remain available for up to 4 days, provided that your router is powered at home, for example using a power bank. This means you can stay connected and continue working, studying or watching videos without interruption.

What should I do about my current Internet provider? Do I need to cancel the service myself?

Don’t worry - you won’t be left without an Internet connection. We first install your new Gigabit Internet service, and once you've confirmed that everything is working properly, you can cancel your existing service. Cancelling your previous Internet service is your responsibility, but you can do it at your own pace once your new connection is up and running.

How much will I pay each month?

Your monthly fee depends on the GigaCombo tariff plan you choose. Prices range from UAH 350 per month for the standard GigaCombo plan to UAH 475 per month for GigaCombo Pro+.

A special introductory offer is currently available: UAH 250 per month for the first six months on any GigaCombo tariff plan.

Are there any hidden installation fees?

No. You only pay for your tariff plan. A Wi-Fi router is included with GigaCombo+ and GigaCombo Pro+ tariff plans. Home Internet installation is also free of charge. If more than 5 metres of UTP cable are required for wiring your home, only the additional cable length is charged at UAH 15 per metre (including VAT), payable directly to the installation technician.

General information

UAH 14,2/day - the estimated daily cost under the Vodafone GigaCombo Pro tariff plan, calculated by dividing the monthly service package price by the average length of a month, i.e. UAH 425 ÷ 30 days.
The daily estimated cost for calendar months of 28, 29 or 31 days can be calculated by dividing the service package price for the calendar month by the respective number of days.

For the correct monthly package charging, all previously active Internet sessions should be ended or the phone should be switched off and on again.
The Internet gigabytes within the tariff plan are available for use on 2G, 3G and 4G networks, subject to technical availability and coverage.
We comply with the legislation of Ukraine and therefore do not provide Internet users with access to Mail.ru (www.mail.ru), VKontakte (www.vk.com), Odnoklassniki (www.ok.ru) and certain other Internet resources.

The customers of the Vodafone Contract and Business tariff plans have unlimited access to the Diia app since 21.02.2020.

Tariffs are valid in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries.

Tariff prices are indicated in UAH inclusive of VAT and the Pension Fund levy of 7.5% of the service cost excluding VAT, as of 01.01.2026. Call charges are calculated per the first second of each minute of conversation.
