1. Make connections to the contract

In My Vodafone app

Identity confirmation is done through the Diya application (if you have an ID card or passport) or through BankID (if you have an old-style passport-booklet).

In the Vodafone Store

You should have a passport/ID-card and identification code (or “Дію” app if these documents are uploaded in the app).

2.Top up your account

For an amount corresponding to the cost of the connection.

3. Wait for SMS about assessment of package service

After receiving the SMS:

reboot your phone for correct connection;
you will receive a service package proportional to the number of days remaining until the end of the month.

The cost of the tariff plan when activating in My Vodafone is UAH 1100, in the store - UAH 1125. This is a special price for the first 6 months from the activation date. Starting from the 7th month, the basic price will be UAH 1500/month.
The cost of a SIM card (eSIM or physical card) and the selected desired number shall be paid additionally.

About the service

Until 30.06.2026, as part of the “Available Roaming as a Gift” promotion, the basic tariff package includes gigabytes and minutes that can be used for communication in 7 countries. You will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

The 7 countries where the service conditions apply:

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

About the Service

Service price – free.

Service «Internet for 2nd device» let to use your primary SIM card internet on an additional SIM in a tablet, modem, laptop, smartphone. Both card have one number and account.

How to start use service:

Step1. Buy a Power SIM starter pack.
Step 2. Activate the service and restart your smartphone.
Step 3. Wait for SMS about activation and insert the Power SIM into the additional device.

Service enables to temporarily block a number at the customer’s request or in case of loss of the device (all incoming, outgoing calls and SMS for blocked numbers will be unavailable). The service is activated only at the customer’s initiative.

Cost: no charges will be made until the end of the month when the service was activated. The service cost from the 2nd month will be 10 UAH/month.

In case of non-payment for the «Number Retention in the Network» service, another type of blocking will be automatically activated – for non-payment of the bill, which is valid within 3 months, after which the number will be deactivated.

About the “Year Without Monthly Fees” service

How to activate the service

Activate in My Vodafone app (Menu – Services – Available services – Connection for a Year).

If you want to activate "Year without fees" in the current tariff:

make sure that there is a sufficient amount in the account;
dial *110*365#
wait for SMS about service activation.

If you want to switch to a new tariff and activate the "Year without fees" service:

make sure that there is a sufficient amount on the account (the first month is paid according to the tariff + the cost of the service for a year);
dial the combination to change the tariff;
wait for SMS about the tariff change;
wait for SMS about the tariff connection;
dial *110*365# to activate the service for a year;
wait for SMS about service activation.

Terms of use

The service fee is charged at the moment of activation.
While the «Year without fees» service is valid you don’t pay tariff monthly fee.
If you change your tariff «Year without fees» service will be deactivated.
The service is available provided the number is not blocked and the credit limit has not been exceeded.

General information

50 UAH per day is the estimated cost per day in the Vodafone ULTRA VIP tariff, which is determined by dividing the cost of a package of services for the calendar month into the average duration of the month: 1 500 UAH for 30 days. Estimated cost per day for calendar months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated by dividing the cost of a package of services for a calendar month for the corresponding number of days.

Gigabytes of internet within the tariff are available for use in 2G, 3G and 4G-networks if there is technical access and coverage.

The relevant tariff plan provides a credit limit of up to UAH 100,000 (the maximum amount of the subscriber’s outstanding debt for services, i.e. the limit for providing services on postpaid terms) after the funds on the subscriber’s personal account are exhausted. To avoid service suspension, the invoice must be paid by the 15th day of the current month for the previous billing period. More detailed information is available in the Terms of Use.

Policy of honest use of unlimited Internet for subscribers of the private segment of the contract form of service.

Customers of Vodafone Pospaid&Bisness tariffs can use app Diia unlimitedly from 21.02.2020.

The tariff is valid in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries.

Tariffs in UAH including VAT and Pension Fund collection 7,5% from services’ price without VAT, on 01.03.2025.
Call rates are charged per first second of each minute.
