Terms of unlimited Internet for 30 apps: the Internet speed will be reduced to 1,5 Mbps after 30 GB have been used, in accordance with the Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Internet on Apps and Services in Vodafone FLEXX Tariff Plans.

After the speed is reduced, Internet access remains unlimited with no additional charges. Unlimited Internet is available only within Ukraine. These terms apply until the end of the paid 4-week service package.

FaceTime, Google Meet (calls), Microsoft Teams (calls), Viber, WeChat, WhatsApp, Zoom, Facebook Messenger (text messages), iMessage (text messages), Google Chat.

Social networks:

• Wait for an SMS confirming your service package. You will receive it in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the month.

Calls between EU countries – UAH 30/30 minutes per day. (Up to 20 such bundles are available per day); after that the cost is UAH 2/min.

• SMS within Ukraine and while in the EU – UAH 3/10 messages (up to 20 packages per day), thereafter – UAH 1 per message.

A mandatory daily fee of UAH 20 applies, which includes 300 MB of data.

With continued use, each additional 300 MB will be provided for UAH 20 (up to 20 packages per day).

Terms of using daily services

The 4-week service fee is charged automatically if there are sufficient funds in your account. This happens exactly 4 weeks after the date when the package was activated in the previous month (between 00:00 and 08:00).

For example, if the service package was activated on the 25th, the next charge will take place on the 23rd of the following month. As soon as the package is credited, you will receive an SMS notification (after 08:00).

Important: until you receive an SMS confirming that the service package has been credited, the daily tariff will apply, meaning calls, SMS, and data will be charged separately.

If there are insufficient funds in your account to pay for the 4-week service package, the system automatically switches to the daily tariff, which includes a mandatory daily fee regardless of usage.

After that, the system checks your account balance ежедневно and, once there is enough money, the 4-week service package will be activated automatically.

Important: the date of your next package payment will change according to the new activation date of your 4-week package. To check, dial *101*4#

Within the service, you will receive:

• 10 GB of internet;

• 30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;

• 70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

• Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);

• Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;

• SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

The 7 countries where the service conditions apply:

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Important: Only 4G mobile internet is available in Iceland (10 GB within this service). Incoming and outgoing calls are not available due to the lack of 2G/3G networks.

Service details

• If you decide to connect the Internet again, UAH 50 will be debited from the account. At the same time, the cost of the next package of services in your tariff will be UAH 320.

• You can use the service an unlimited number of times.

• If you have the "Disconnect Internet" service connected, then when using the mobile Internet, it will be charged the fee is UAH 20 for every 300 MB (20 such packages are available per day).

• If the tariff for 4 weeks has not been paid and you have connected the service of the Internet", the daily payment is not charged and 300 MB of Internet is not provided.

• For customers who have transferred their number to the Vodafone network to the Flexx GO  tariff with a discount, in case of connecting the "Internet Disconnection" service, the cost of the tariff will remain without changes, but the GB included in the tariff will be unavailable.
