Mandatory daily payment is UAH 20, for which you get 300 MB of Internet. MB can be used both in Ukraine and in roaming in 27 EU countries.

With further use, every next 300 MB will be provided for UAH 20 (total of 20 packages per day).

To activate services package for month correctly, you must complete all previously started internet sessions or switch your mobile phone off and on.

Terms of use of daily services

If there sufficient amount of money on the account, the 4 week package fee is charged automatically. It happens after 28 days from the date when the package was connected (from 00:00 to 8:00).

For example, if the service package was connected on the 25th, the payment will be withdrawn on the 23th of the following month. As soon as the service package is charged, you will receive an SMS (after 8:00).

Important information: until you receive an SMS about service package activation, you will have a daily rate, ie calls, SMS and the Internet will be paid.
If on an account does not enough money to pay for 4 week package service, then there is an automatically will be available daily rates with obligatory payment.
In the future, every day, the system will check the status of your account and, as soon as there is a sufficient amount, will connect a monthly service package.

General information

UAH 19.6/day is the calculated daily cost under the Flexx TOP tariff, determined by dividing the cost of the service package, namely UAH 550 for 28 days. For correct charging of the 4-week service package, all previously started internet sessions must be ended, or the phone must be switched off and on. To activate a service package (for a day, for 28 days, or for a month), the balance on the number after activation must be at least UAH 0.01.

“Unlimited access to 30 apps” means unlimited internet traffic for the following apps/services: Viber, Facebook, Facebook Messenger (text messages), WhatsApp, Instagram, Canva, Likee, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, X, Coursera, Duolingo, FaceTime, Google Classroom, Google Meet (calls), Microsoft Teams (calls), WeChat, Zoom, iMessage (text messages), All-Ukrainian Online School, Diia, My Vodafone, Vodafone TV, BeReal, Threads, ChatGPT, Google Chat, Vodafone Market.

After a total of 30 GB of data in Ukraine is used across these apps/services for which unlimited internet is provided within the tariff, the mobile internet speed for these apps/services will be up to 1.5 Mbps until the 4-week service package is renewed.

An additional 50 GB of internet is provided on top of the unlimited apps and allows the use of data within the tariff in 2G, 3G, and 4G networks, subject to technical availability and coverage. During periods of increased network load, internet access speed may be limited. After the included data allowance is used, 300 MB will be charged at UAH 20 (up to 20 packages per day).

For customers who have switched to Vodafone:

From 14 January 2026, for prepaid tariff customers, a special price applies to the first 12 service packages from the date of number porting to the Vodafone network, namely: Flexx TOP – UAH 350 / 4 weeks (35% discount). Starting from the 13th service package, the standard price of the 4-week service package will apply.

After using 100 GB, the mobile internet speed will be up to 1.5 Mbps, in accordance with Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Data on Apps and Services in Flexx Tariff Plans.

The tariff plan includes unlimited calls within the Vodafone network in Ukraine and unlimited incoming calls in EU countries.

Within the tariff, 800 or 1,600 minutes are available for calls to all mobile and landline networks in Ukraine, as well as outgoing calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay while roaming in 27 countries. After the 800/1,600 minutes are used, the cost of calls to other networks in Ukraine and while roaming in the country of stay is UAH 3.00 per minute.

Information about services and prices is provided in Ukrainian hryvnias, including VAT and the Pension Fund levy of 7.5% of the service cost excluding VAT, as of 14.01.2026.

The tariff prices, services and promotions are available within the territory of Ukraine, provided there is the operator’s network coverage, excluding the areas where the state authorities are temporarily unable to exercise their powers or do so only partially.
