Terms of unlimited Internet for 30 apps: the Internet speed will be reduced to 1,5 Mbps after 30 GB have been used, in accordance with the Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Internet on Apps and Services in Vodafone FLEXX Tariff Plans.

After the speed is reduced, Internet access remains unlimited with no additional charges. Unlimited Internet is available only within Ukraine. These terms apply until the end of the paid 4-week service package.

A mandatory daily fee of UAH 20 applies, which includes 300 MB of data.

With continued use, each additional 300 MB will be provided for UAH 20 (up to 20 packages per day).

Calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay (in the EU) – UAH 3/min.
Unlimited calls within the Vodafone network in Ukraine – UAH 15/day.

Terms of using daily services

The 4-week service fee is charged automatically if there are sufficient funds in your account. This happens exactly 4 weeks after the date when the package was activated in the previous month (between 00:00 and 08:00).

For example, if the service package was activated on the 25th, the next charge will take place on the 23rd of the following month. As soon as the package is credited, you will receive an SMS notification (after 08:00).

Important: until you receive an SMS confirming that the service package has been credited, the daily tariff will apply, meaning calls, SMS, and data will be charged separately.

If there are insufficient funds in your account to pay for the 4-week service package, the system automatically switches to the daily tariff, which includes a mandatory daily fee regardless of usage.

Going forward, every day from 00:00 to 08:00, the system will check your account balance and, as soon as there are sufficient funds, the monthly service package will be activated.

Flexx TOP tariff plan. UAH 19.6/day is the calculated daily cost of the Flexx TOP tariff plan, determined by dividing the service package price of UAH 550 by 28 days.

To ensure the correct activation of the 4-week service package, end all active Internet sessions or restart your phone.

To activate a service package (daily, 4-week or monthly), the remaining balance on your account after activation must be at least UAH 0.01.

50 GB of Mobile Internet is provided in addition to the unlimited access to apps and can be used in 2G, 3G and 4G networks, subject to technical availability and network coverage. During periods of high network load, Internet speed may be reduced. After the included GB have been used, 300 MB will be provided for UAH 20 (up to 20 packages per day). The tariff plan includes unlimited on-net calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

For customers who switch to Vodafone:

From January 14, 2026, prepaid customers receive a special price for the first 12 service packages from the date their number is ported to the Vodafone network: Flexx TOP – UAH 350 every 4 weeks (35% discount). Starting from the 13th service package, the standard 4-week service package price will apply.

Unlimited Internet terms: The Internet speed will be reduced to 1.5 Mbps after 100 GB have been used, in accordance with the Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Internet in Flexx Prepaid and Contract Tariff Plans. After the speed is reduced, Internet access remains unlimited at no additional charge. Unlimited Internet is available only within Ukraine. The tariff plan includes unlimited on-net calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network and unlimited incoming calls in EU countries.

The included 800 or 1,600 minutes can be used for off-net calls to mobile and landline numbers within Ukraine, as well as for outgoing calls to Ukraine and calls within the country of stay while roaming in 27 EU countries. After the included 800/1,600 minutes have been used, calls to other networks in Ukraine and calls within the country of stay while roaming are charged at UAH 3.00 per minute.

Call charges are applied in the first second of each minute, with the charge covering the entire minute of the call. Billing takes place in the first second of each minute. The minimum tariff validity period is 28 days from the date it comes into effect.

All prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH), inclusive of VAT and the Pension Fund levy of 7.5% of the service price excluding VAT, as of January 14, 2026.

The tariff plan, services and promotions are available within Ukraine where Vodafone network coverage is available, excluding temporarily occupied territories and territories where Ukrainian state authorities temporarily do not exercise, or do not fully exercise, their powers.
