1. Make connections to the contract

In My Vodafone app

Identity confirmation is done through the Diya application (if you have an ID card or passport) or through BankID (if you have an old-style passport-booklet).

In the Vodafone Store

You should have a passport/ID-card and identification code (or “Дію” app if these documents are uploaded in the app).

2.Top up your account

For an amount corresponding to the cost of the connection.

3. Wait for SMS about assessment of package service

After receiving the SMS:

reboot your phone for correct connection;
you will receive a service package proportional to the number of days remaining until the end of the month.

The cost of the tariff plan when activating in the store - UAH 350.

This is a special price for the first 6 months from the activation date. Starting from the 7th month, the basic price will be UAH 450/month.

The cost of a SIM card (eSIM or physical card) and the selected desired number shall be paid additionally.

Within the basic tariff terms, GB and minutes are included, which can be used for communication in 27 EU countries.

You will receive:

800 minutes for all outgoing calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay;
Incoming calls in 27 EU countries are free of charge;
20 GB of internet are available for use in roaming;
Outgoing calls between countries while roaming – UAH 50 per minute.

About the service

Until 30.06.2026, as part of the “Available Roaming as a Gift” promotion, the basic tariff package includes gigabytes and minutes that can be used for communication in 7 countries. You will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

General information

UAH 15/day - the calculated daily cost of the Flexx TOP tariff plan, determined by dividing the service package cost of UAH 450 by 30 days.

To ensure correct activation of the monthly service package, it is necessary to close all previously initiated Internet sessions or turn the smartphone off and back on.

The unlimited data in the tariff plan can use the gigabytes within the tariff plan in 2G, 3G, and 4G networks, subject to technical availability and coverage. During the periods of increased network load, the Internet access speed may be limited.

The tariff plan includes unlimited calls within the Vodafone network in Ukraine and incoming calls in EU countries.

As part of the tariff plan, 800 or 1600 minutes are available for calls to all mobile and fixed networks in Ukraine, as well as outgoing calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay while roaming. After the 800/1600 minutes are used, the cost of calls to other networks in Ukraine and while roaming in the country of stay is UAH 3,00 per minute.

The call rates are indicated per the first second of each minute of the call, which includes the cost of each subsequent second within that minute of the call. The call will be charged in the first second of every minute. The minimum validity period of the tariff plan is 30 days from the date of its activation.
