1. Make connections to the contract

In My Vodafone app

Identity confirmation is done through the Diya application (if you have an ID card or passport) or through BankID (if you have an old-style passport-booklet).

In the Vodafone Store

You should have a passport/ID-card and identification code (or “Дію” app if these documents are uploaded in the app).

2.Top up your account

For an amount corresponding to the cost of the connection.

3. Wait for SMS about assessment of package service

After receiving the SMS:

reboot your phone for correct connection;
you will receive a service package proportional to the number of days remaining until the end of the month.

The cost of the tariff plan when activating in My Vodafone is UAH 510, in the store - UAH 525. This is a special price for the first 6 months from the activation date. Starting from the 7th month, the basic price will be UAH 700/month.
The cost of a SIM card (eSIM or physical card) and the selected desired number shall be paid additionally.

Within the basic tariff terms, GB and minutes are included, which can be used for communication in 27 EU countries.

You will receive:

1,000 minutes for all outgoing calls to Ukraine and within the country of stay;
incoming calls in 27 EU countries are free;
1,000 SMS in Ukraine and across 27 EU countries;

Within the service, you will receive:

10 GB of internet;
30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other Ukrainian mobile operators and within the country of stay;
70 minutes for outgoing calls within the Vodafone Ukraine network.

If the included minutes or internet allowance is used up, the following rates will apply:

Internet: UAH 20 for 300 MB (up to 20 packages per day);
Calls: UAH 50 for 10 minutes;
SMS: UAH 15 for 15 messages.

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Important: Only 4G mobile internet is available in Iceland (10 GB within this service). Incoming and outgoing calls are not available due to the lack of 2G/3G networks.

Calls from Ukraine to 27 EU countries and between them – UAH 30/30 minutes per day.

Service enables to temporarily block a number at the customer’s request or in case of loss of the device (all incoming, outgoing calls and SMS for blocked numbers will be unavailable). The service is activated only at the customer’s initiative.

In case of non-payment for the «Number Retention in the Network» service, another type of blocking will be automatically activated – for non-payment of the bill, which is valid within 3 months, after which the number will be deactivated.

23,3 UAH per day is the estimated cost per day in the Vodafone ULTRA tariff, which is determined by dividing the cost of a package of services for the calendar month into the average duration of the month: 700 UAH for 30 days. Estimated cost per day for calendar months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated by dividing the cost of a package of services for a calendar month for the corresponding number of days.

To ensure correct activation of the monthly service package, it is necessary to close all previously initiated Internet sessions or turn the smartphone off and back on.

Gigabytes of internet within the tariff are available for use in 2G, 3G and 4G-networks if there is technical access and coverage.

The relevant tariff plan provides a credit limit of up to UAH 100,000 (the maximum amount of the subscriber’s outstanding debt for services, i.e. the limit for providing services on postpaid terms) after the funds on the subscriber’s personal account are exhausted. To avoid service suspension, the invoice must be paid by the 15th day of the current month for the previous billing period. More detailed information is available in the Terms of Use.

Policy of honest use of unlimited Internet for subscribers of the private segment of the contract form of service.

Customers of Vodafone Pospaid&Bisness tariffs can use app Diia unlimitedly from 21.02.2020.

The tariff is valid in Ukraine and in 27 EU countries.
