PJSC "VF Ukraine" conducts procurement procedures using the SAP Ariba Sourcing solution. This cloud-based solution helps buyers and suppliers organize and participate in electronic auctions.

Procurement procedures of PJSC "VF Ukraine" on the SAP Ariba Sourcing resource are carried out in two ways:

• «Request for proposal», at this stage suppliers submit proposals in accordance with the technical and commercial requirements of the subject of procurement.
• «Reduction» – submission of price offers by participants as an auction with a price reduction.

The Company also sells decommissioned fixed assets on the SAP Ariba Sourcing site through an Auction.
