• with feedback form.

For quickly resolution of your issue, for the purpose of identification, please indicate the following information in your letter:

• For individuals (prepaid service): phone number, which will be considered the appeal; PUK code (if you have); the essence of the appeal.
• For individuals (contract service): full name; series and number of the passport; the essence of the appeal.
• For legal entities: essence of address on letterhead.
