National interconnect
To consider the possibility of interaction between the network of a third-party operator and the network of PJSC "VF Ukraine", the following is necessary. Send an official request for interaction between the operator's network and the Vodafone Ukraine network to the General Director of PJSC "VF Ukraine".
Please indicate the following information in the letter:
- the desired location of the point of interconnection (address, technical site, etc.);
- the list of traffic types that are planned to be passed through the interconnection point;
- a description of the desired technical parameters of the interconnection point;
- planned volumes of monthly traffic (both incoming and outgoing) for each type of such traffic.
Also, copies of the following documents must be attached to this letter:
- letters from NKRSI on entering your company into the register of NKRSI;
- licenses for activities that are subject to licensing and will be carried out using interconnection;
- NCCR permits for the allocation of limited resources to your company (OKS-7 codes, numbering resource of the local telephone network, network codes, etc.), which will be involved in the interconnection;
- (if any) certificates for switching equipment that is planned to be connected to the Vodafone Ukraine network;
- A document confirming the entry of your company into the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine.

Content provider Vodafone Ukraine – company that, according to the agreement with Vodafone Ukraine, provides subscribers to the network Vodafone Ukraine access additional SMS, MMS and Voice services.
How to become a content provider Vodafone Ukraine?
To get access to technical resources network Vodafone Ukraine is required to provide content services, the company must meet the basic requirements:
- The presence of a registered legal entity on the territory of Ukraine.
- Experience in providing content services in the Ukrainian and foreign markets.
- Sufficient level of technical expertise to provide content services.
- Availability of marketing resources to promote content services.
- Providing user support.
- Availability of required licenses.
