The tariff plan under the promotion terms includes:

• 1000 minutes for off-net calls in Ukraine and while roaming in 28 countries,
• unlimited data in Ukraine (including 8 GB while roaming in 28 countries),
• unlimited Vodafone on-net calls in Ukraine.

Once you use up 50 GB, the mobile Internet speed in Ukraine will be limited to 1.5 Mbps. An extra 300 MB for UAH 20 (20 packages are available per day) will be provided while roaming.

8 GB while roaming will be deducted from the available data at maximum speed in accordance with the “Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Internet in the Vodafone FLEXX Tariff Plans”.

Once you use up a total of 30 GB of Internet in your apps/services, the mobile Internet speed for these apps/services will be limited to 1.5 Mbps, until your 4-week service package is reactivated.

Within the basic tariff terms, GB and minutes are included, which can be used for communication in 27 EU countries and Moldova.  

You will receive:

• 500 minutes for communication in roaming or in Ukraine to the numbers of other operators;
• 8 GB of Internet in roaming (which can be used in Ukraine as well).

If there are not enough services within the package for 4 weeks, the following tariff will apply:

• Internet UAH 20/300 MB (20 packages per day);
• Calls UAH 3/min.
• Calls between EU countries and to other countries – UAH 50/min (regardless of your tariff plan).

• If you decide to connect the Internet again, UAH 50 will be debited from the account. At the same time, the cost of the next package of services in your tariff will be UAH 320.
• You can use the service an unlimited number of times.
• If you have the "Disconnect Internet" service connected, then when using the mobile Internet, it will be charged the fee is UAH 20 for every 300 MB (20 such packages are available per day).
• If the tariff for 4 weeks has not been paid and you have connected the service of the Internet", the daily payment is not charged and 300 MB of Internet is not provided.
• For customers who have transferred their number to the Vodafone network to the Flexx GO Special tariff with a discount, in case of connecting the "Internet Disconnection" service, the cost of the tariff will remain without changes, but the GB included in the tariff will be unavailable.

Mandatory daily payment is UAH 20, for which you get 300 MB of Internet.

It is recommended to top up the account for the amount of the subscription fee, then activate the package for 4 weeks in one of the following ways:

To activate services package for month correctly, you must complete all previously started internet sessions or switch your mobile phone off and on.

If there sufficient amount of money on the account, the 4 week package fee is charged automatically. It happens after 28 days from the date when the package was connected (from 00:00 to 8:00).
For example, if the service package was connected on the 25th, the payment will be withdrawn on the 23th of the following month. As soon as the service package is charged, you will receive an SMS (after 8:00).
Important information: until you receive an SMS about service package activation, you will have a daily rate, ie calls, SMS and the Internet will be paid.
If on an account does not enough money to pay for 4 week package service, then there is an automatically will be available daily rates with obligatory payment.
In the future, every day, the system will check the status of your account and, as soon as there is a sufficient amount, will connect a monthly service package.
