  • «Who Called» — helps you not to miss an important call. With this service you can find out who and when called you while you were out of network coverage or when the phone was turned off.
  • «Notify Me» — will help you to find out that a previously inaccessible subscriber whom you couldn’t get through to has appeared on the network again and you can call him. The service is provided only to numbers of the Vodafone network.
  • «Notify About Me» — with help of this service you can enable or disable to inform other subscribers about your appearance on the network (by default - allowed). The service is provided only to numbers of the Vodafone network.
  • «Notify Me For Busy» — helps you to find out that a previously busy subscriber has finished a preliminary conversation and you can call him. The service is provided only to numbers of the Vodafone network.
  • «Day/Night» mode — allows you to prohibit the delivery of notifications of missed calls at night - from 23.00 to 7.00 (by default - allowed)

To control the services, you can use a convenient voice menu. To do this, call the number +380501200000  or 284  and following the voice prompts, go to the corresponding menu (menu-3-2).

Connection/Disconnection/Checking the status of services — free.

Services are provided free of charge to all subscribers on a regular basis. For correct operation of services, check up correctness of the established redirection to service number +380501200020. If you have a call forwarding to another number — service «Stay in touch» will not work.

Missed call information is stored for 24 hours after the call. If you have not switched on the phone during the day, you will not receive information about missed calls.

When you make an outgoing call, you can see it on the phone display «redirection is enabled». This does not affect the quality of the connection or the financial condition of your account. Cancel the appearance of this message and the redirection itself caused by the services «Stay in touch», impossible.
