For the attention to subscribers, services are available in above-mentioned prepaid tariffs. For new SupeNet tariffs: namely in SuperNet Start, SuperNet Pro, SuperNet Turbo and SuperNet Unlim services are not available for connection.
Detailed information about the service
- Service activation is possible only once within 4 weeks/month from the moment of the first activation of the tariff. The next withdrawal of funds occurs automatically on the date of payment for the service package for 4 weeks/month.
For example: you use the “Vodafone RED EXTRA S” tariff and activated your service package for 4 weeks on the 1st, ordered the “2 GB Internet” service on the 12th. The cost of the service "2 GB of Internet", in the amount of 35 UAH, will be charged immediately on the 12th and 2 GB will be charged. In the future, on the day of the renewal of the package of services on the 4th week, on the 29th, 135 UAH will be charged - the cost for a package of services for 4 weeks (100 UAH) and the cost of "2 GB of Internet" (35 UAH). In the absence of 135 UAH on the account, daily rates will apply.
Another example: you use the “Vodafone SuperNet Start” tariff and activated your service package for a month on the 1st, ordered the “2 GB Internet” service on the 12th. The cost of the service "2 GB of Internet", in the amount of 35 UAH, will be charged immediately on the 12th and 2 GB will be charged. In the future, on the day of renewal of the service package for a month, on the 1st day of the next month, 115 UAH will be charged - the cost for the package of services for a month of the week (80 UAH) and the cost of "2 GB of Internet" (35 UAH). In the absence of 115 UAH on the account, daily rates will apply. - It is impossible to connect services "2 GB of the Internet" and "1 GB of the Internet" at the same time.
- If you use the service "FAMILY without a monthly fee" or "Year without a monthly fee", it is impossible to connect additional gigabytes.
- If the service "2 GB of Internet" and "1 GB of Internet" are deactivated, the rest of the additional internet, which was provided within the framework of the services, is canceled.
Tariffs work on the territory of Ukraine where the provider’s coverage is available.
The price of calls is stated for the first second of every minute of call, including each successive second of specified minute within conversation. Call rates are charged per first second of each minute.
The tariffs are specified in UAH including VAT and Pension Fund tax, which is 7,5% of the services cost without VAT, as of 26.04.2019.
The minimum tariff validity period is - 30 days from the date of its introduction.
