Within the framework of the special conditions provided during the number porting and designed for 12 months from the date of porting, during the remaining period you will have access to:

3. The “Affordable Roaming” service is changing
The service will automatically connect to your tariff, now you do not need to activate it.
The content of the service remains unchanged:
- 10 GB of internet
- 100 minutes (70 minutes to Vodafone numbers, 30 minutes for incoming and outgoing calls to other operators in Ukraine and in the country of residence)
Now the service is valid in 7 countries: Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, Great Britain, Iceland, Liechtenstein under the terms of the promotion “Affordable roaming as a gift” from 01.01.2026 to 30.06.2026, provided that the service package at the tariff is activated.
4. Changes in the list of countries for roaming services: "GigaRoaming", "GigaRoaming Max", "GigaRoaming Ultra" and "5 GB".

Port your number to the Vodafone network between 25.06.2025 and 31.08.2025 and become a participant in the promotion. As part of the promotion, the client receives a promotional code for 6 months of using Vodafone TV in the "Pro" tariff as a gift.
The promotional code is provided subject to the fulfillment of the terms of the Promotion.
After the end of the promotion, Vodafone TV will be disconnected for the subscriber and will not be extended for an additional fee.
Available Roaming as a Gift promotion for the number porting
As part of the Available Roaming as a Gift promotion for the number porting, the new subscribers can enjoy roaming in 30 countries:
- 20 GB of Internet in roaming;
- 100 minutes in roaming (70 minutes for outgoing calls within Vodafone Ukraine network and 30 minutes for all incoming and outgoing calls to numbers of other operators in Ukraine and in the country of stay).
The promotional gigabytes (20 GB) will be charged in addition to the monthly service package during the first 12 months from the date of the number porting to Vodafone and making the first call in the tariff plan. After that, the standard terms and conditions of the Available Roaming as a Gift service will apply, namely 10 GB of Internet and 100 minutes.

The RED Turbo tariff offers a promotion for new customers: "Unlimited Internet for 200 UAH per year".
As part of the promotion, if you switch to the Red Turbo tariff within the number porting service, the tariff with unlimited Internet and the price of 200 UAH/month remain unchanged for 12 months from the date of porting the number to the Vodafone network. The promotion is available for use only in Ukraine.
To become a participant in the promotion, port your number to the Vodafone network from 17.03.2025 to 01.08.2025.

Temporary Number Blocking
The «Number Retention in the Network» service enables to temporarily block a number at the customer’s request or in case of loss of the device (all incoming, outgoing calls and SMS for blocked numbers will be unavailable). The service is activated only at the customer’s initiative.
Cost: no charges will be made until the end of the month when the service was activated. The service cost from the 2nd month will be 10 UAH/month.
In case of non-payment for the «Number Retention in the Network» service, another type of blocking will be automatically activated – for non-payment of the bill, which is valid within 3 months, after which the number will be deactivated.
Activation:
– by calling 111 (free of charge from Vodafone Ukraine numbers);
– by calling 0 800 400 111 (free of charge from all networks in Ukraine).
General information
From 01.03.2025, for customers who port the number to the Vodafone network in the Red Turbo tariff, the cost will be UAH 200/month on a permanent basis.
To correctly charge a service package for a month, please end all previously started internet sessions or turn the phone off and on.
The cost of calls is indicated for the first second of each minute of the call, which includes each subsequent second of the specified minute within the call. Billing occurs in the first second of each minute of the call.
Policy of honest use of unlimited Internet for subscribers of the private segment of the contract form of service.
The tariffs are indicated in UAH including VAT and the Pension Fund fee, which is 7.5% of the cost of services excluding VAT, as of 01.05.2025.
