Note! Subscribers who are in roaming, in the presence of conditional call divert to VoiceMail PLUS, will pay dual rate – for incoming call in roaming + for call divert, that is, an outgoing call to Ukraine.
In order to avoid unnecessary expenses, while in Ukraine, turn off the "Voicemail PLUS" service by dialing *284*0# or send SMS with 0 to 284, or in My Vodafone app (Services - Available services - Useful services - "Voicemail PLUS" - Deactivate).
If your mobile phone is switched off or you cannot answer the call, the call will be switched to voicemail.
The caller will hear auto answer “The subscriber is unavailable. Please call again later or leave a voice message after the beep sound” after which the beep will sound and the message will be recorded.
If the caller does not drop the call within 7 seconds of switching to voicemail, he will have a connection to voicemail, which will be charged for him as a regular call according to his tariff plan.

Vodafone Ukraine subscribers can leave a message to another user of Voicemail PLUS service (only Vodafone subscriber) by dialing formula 284 and the subscriber's number in international format (for example, 284380501234567). When you are done recording a voice message, you must always press sign #. This way you can easily and quickly leave a voice message without having to make additional calls.
By using the Voicemail PLUS service, the subscriber shall give consent to processing of his/her personal data as well as data and/or transfer of such data to third parties (including the use of cloud storage) for the purposes of provision and receipt of electronic communication and information services, as well as for marketing purposes. The subscriber shall additionally confirm that he/she has been informed about the entry into the Operator’s personal data bases and the rights defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications”, the purpose of data collection and the persons to whom such data is transferred. The operator has the right to process such data both independently and by assigning it to the administrator of the personal data base, third parties.
