• The validity period of the Promotion for the new PrP subscribers is from 01.12.2023 to 31.07.2024, inclusive, if the first call is made from 01.12.2023 and the promotion is activated before 30.06.2024.
• The validity period of the Promotion for the existing PrP subscribers is from 18.09.2023 to 31.12.2023, inclusive, if the first call is made before 18.09.2023.
• The promotional gigabytes will be available with an active service package.
• The gigabytes will be accrued every 4 weeks/month after the service package update.
• The unused GB remaining at the promotion expiry date will be cancelled.

For contract tariffs:

• The promotion will be available from 24.11.2023 to 30.06.2024 inclusive for new customers of Red Start, Red Pro, Red Max tariffs.
• The promotional gigabytes will be accrued during the first 6 months from the activation date of the promotion.
• The GB will be accrued every month if the bill is paid.

How to activate the promotion?

• For customers of the promotion charges plans:
  All customers of the charges plans participating in the promotion with a service package active for 4 weeks/1month will automatically take part in the promotion and will be given additional 10 GB of the Internet.
  To take advantage of the additional 10 GB of the Internet and join the promotion, please activate the service package in your charges plan for 4 weeks/1 month. Gigabytes will be then added automatically.
  Further, additional gigabytes are added, once the service package in your charges plan is updated.
  If your service package is not valid, please activate it via the My Vodafone app or dial *101*444#.

  
  

• For customers of other Vodafone charges plans (not included in the promotion):
  To participate in the promotion, you can change the promotional charges plan. You can change your charges plan on the website in the Charges Plans Section or in the My Vodafone app (in the Compare the Charges Plans Section of the Quick Access menu, select the promotion charges plans). Next, pay the switching fee according to the selected charges plan and wait for an SMS regarding the plan change and the charging of your service package for 4 weeks/1 month. After that, +10 GB of the Internet on top of the basic package will be available for you.

  
  

• If you are not yet a Vodafone customer and planning to become one:
  To participate in the promotion, purchase a starter package with the promotion charges plan and activate it. Customers who buy the Joice Start Special starter package, are required to top up the account with at least UAH 100 and activate the first service package.
  You can buy a starter package in Vodafone stores and in our online shop.

Are gigabytes accumulated?

No, gigabytes are not accumulated.

How will gigabytes be used?

At first, additional 10 GB will be available for use within the GigaGifts promotion, after using them – you may use gigabytes of the main service package according to your charges plan.
*For Joice Start Special charges plan: additional 2 GB will be available first, then additional 10 GB within the GigaGifts promotion, and once they are used – the gigabytes provided in the service package will be available.

Can I deactivate the promotion?

No, you cannot. It is impossible to deactivate the promotion on your own. Promotional gigabytes will be automatically deactivated on the day the promotion ends.

How to activate the promotion?

To take part in the promotion, it is necessary to become a new contract customer from 24.11.23 to 30.06.2024 inclusive by activating one of the tariffs:

• Red Start
• Red Pro
• Red Max

After the number activation, the GigaGifts promotion will be activated automatically. You will get SMS upon its activation.

Please note that the promotion will be not available for the current contract customers, as well as the customers who have switched from another tariff.

Is it possible to deactivate the Promotion?

From 18.09.2023 to 31.12.2023, inclusive, the GigaGifts Promotion is available for the new customers of Joice Start/Start Special, Joice Pro, Joice Max and SuperNet Pro+ tariffs if the first call within the tariff is made before 01.12.2023. You may take advantage of the Promotion until 01.12.23.
From 01.12.2023 to 31.07.2024, inclusive, the Gigs Gifts Promotion is available for the new customers of Joice Start/Start Special, Joice Pro, Joice Max and SuperNet Pro+ tariffs if the first call within the tariff is made from 01.12.2023. You may take advantage of the Promotion until 30.06.2024.

Starting from 24.11.2023 to 30.06.2024 the promotion will be available for new contract customers of Red Start, Red Pro, Red Max tariffs. For contract tariffs, the promotional gigabytes will be accrued every month during the first 6 months from the activation date of the promotion. The gygabites will be available if the bill is paid.

New and existing customers of the promotion charges plans will get additional +10 GB of the Internet as a gift on top of their basic service packages for 4 weeks/1 month within the promotion.

A paid service package for 4 weeks/1 month is required to participate in the promotion. Gift gigabytes will be added automatically when the promotion terms are met. Gigabytes are not cumulative.

+10 GB of the Internet as a gift means: additional 10 gigabytes of the Internet, which are added to the basic service package for 4 weeks/1 month according to the customer’s charges plan.

The promotion is carried out and available on the territory of Ukraine, in areas where there is the operator’s network coverage, except for the regions where the state authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers, or do not exercise them in full.
