PASS services allow you to use the Internet apps (services) without traffic charge as per your tariff plan.
There are three types of PASS services:
- Online PASS – Viber, Whatsapp, Skype, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, SnapChat
- Insta PASS – Instagram
- Video PASS – YouTube, Netflix, MEGOGO
If the service is pre-installed in the tariff, the combinations are not relevant.
The PASS service is available for use if two conditions are met:
- paid package of services for 4 weeks/month within your tariff plan;
- PASS service is activated, and the cost of its use is paid.
In case of non-compliance with at least one of the conditions, the basic tariffs will apply in accordance with your tariff plan.
The cost of services is charged upon activation, in the future, if there is a sufficient amount in the account, payment is charged every 4 weeks from 00:00 to 8:00, which you will be informed by SMS after 8:00.
The majority of services and applications use not only their own resources, but also third-party resources, the traffic of which may use the traffic bundle. For the correct functioning of unlimited services, it is recommended to monitor the balance of the main bundle and use additional traffic bundles, if necessary.
PASS services are available only when using official applications on IOS or Android, as well as through official WEB versions of services on your smartphones. When using unofficial applications or Lite versions, traffic may not be identified on the network and will be charged according to your tariff plan.
Audio and video calls are not included in Online PASS services and will be charged according to your tariff plan.
The Mobile Internet speed in Video PASS service is limited up to 2 Mbit/sec.
Video PASS does not cover any subscription cost in the Internet applications (services): Netflix and MEGOGO.
