The activated TikTok UNLIM service will remain available when switching to another Vodafone Ukraine Prepaid or Contract tariff plan with this service included.

For PrP tariff plans:

The service will be available for use if two conditions are met:

• the active service package for 4 weeks/month within your tariff plan;
• the TikTok UNLIM service is activated with its cost paid.

If at least one of the mandatory conditions is not met, the cost will be charged in accordance with the terms of your tariff plan when using TikTok.

The service cost is UAH 39 and is charged upon its activation if there is a sufficient amount on your main account. The subsequent payment for the service is possible from both the main and additional accounts. It will be charged automatically every month (from 00:00 to 08:00).

Please note that after using all the out-of-bundle gigabytes, the speed limit will be limited up to 150 kbps until the end of the day (including the TikTok app).

For Contract tariff plans:

The TikTok UNLIM service is available upon the bill payment.

In order to activate the service, pay its cost in proportion to the number of calendar days remaining until the end of the month.After that, the service will be reactivated automatically every month if there is a sufficient amount on the account (the full cost of the service, namely UAH 39 will be charged every 1^st day of the month from 00:00 to 8:00).

Please note that after using all the out-of-bundle gigabytes, the speed limit will be limited up to 150 kbps until the end of the day (including the TikTok app).

The TikTok Unlim service does not include the technical traffic which may be charged by TikTok.

Technical traffic means:

• display of ads when watching streaming videos;
• ads and advertising links that appear in your applications;
• external links and navigation to other sites, programs, news, blogs, maps, etc.;
• podcasts;
• RSS channels;
• software/application updates;
• videos and content hosted on other sites that are played in the application.

Additionally, using a phone as an Internet access point (in modem mode) or in modems, downloading of traffic using data compression services (Onavo, KickBit, etc.) or VPN will be charged according to the terms of your tariff.

When using unofficial applications or Lite-versions, the traffic may not be identified by the network and will be charged according to your tariff.

Most services and applications use not only their own, but also third-party resources that can use the GB of your basic package. For the correct operation of the TikTok UNLIM service, we recommend monitoring the balance of GB in the main package, using additional Internet packages if necessary.

The service is provided until it is activated and the cost of its use has been paid, as well as the basic package of services per month/4 weeks has been paid within your tariff. In the period of non-fulfillment of at least one of the mandatory conditions, basic tariffs will apply in accordance with your tariff.

If the TikTok UNLIM service is disabled, its effect is immediately terminated, and funds for the paid period are not returned.
