The number porting service (MNP) allows you to keep your number when switching to another operator. NUMBER WILL NOT CHANGE at all, even the code at the beginning of the number like 063, 096, 067 will remain the same. This is very convenient, because after changing the operator, it will not be necessary to notify everyone of the new number.

You can apply online in minutes or at a Vodafone store. When submitting an application, you will need to pass identification - confirm that you are the owner of the number.
If online: confirm identity with Bank ID or EDS, if in store: present passport.
When you switch to Vodafone, your number will stay with you, but the SIM card will need to be replaced.
We will notify you via SMS about the start of the transfer process. You will need to insert a new SIM from Vodafone into the phone, if it is an eSIM - add it to the phone. Then, within 3 hours, your number will be activated already on the new SIM/eSIM, and deactivated on the old one.

Mobile Number Portability service is free. You pay only the cost of the selected starter package or the price of the discounted tariff if you purchase the "MNP" starter package for UAH 1.
Technically, the transfer lasts about 3 hours - this is the period of time when your number "moves" from the old SIM to the new one.
You can choose the transfer date in the store, it must be within 30 days from the date of application.
It will not be possible to transfer the number today, because more than 8 working hours must pass from the moment of submitting your application.

How to know if the number you’re dialing has been transferred?
If you have transferred your number to Vodafone, callers from other operators will hear a special tone—a beep—when calling you.
The beep is a short sound that informs the caller that the number is now in another network, and the call cost may differ.
If you’re calling a transferred number in another network, you will also hear the beep. However, if the call is within the Vodafone network, there won’t be a beep because the call cost remains the same.
Will there be a beep in roaming?

If you don't want to hear the beep when calling transferred numbers, you can activate a free service called "Voice Notification Block for Calls to Transferred Numbers":
The beep sound is mandatory for all operators as required by the regulator.
You can cancel the application before the transfer process has started. Cancellation methods:

Also, the application will be automatically canceled if within 30 days from the moment of its submission you do not informed us of the data of the new SIM for transfer (did not call the number 0800 400 400 or visit the store).

Identification is a confirmation of identity. It is needed to transfer the number to Vodafone.
You can pass identification simply when submitting an application.
When submitting an application online: you confirm your identity usingBank ID (your bank details) or ESP (electronic digital signature). If you apply in a store, you will need to provide your passport to the employee.

How to choose a prepaid tariff plan
After submitting a mobile number porting application, wait for an SMS that the mobile number porting has been approved and choose the porting method:
1. At the Vodafone store:
Inform us that you have applied for a mobile number porting.
Select the starter package with the prepaid tariff plan to be ported to. Have your number ported by a specialist.
Or buy the MNP starter package for UAH 1 (which will be credited to your mobile account), port your number with a specialist, choose a tariff plan and pay the discounted price specified in the Discounted Tariff Plans section.
2. Do it yourself:
Buy a starter package with a desired tariff plan at any point of sale.
Note: do not insert a Vodafone SIM card into your device until the mobile number porting process starts. Follow the instructions in the SMS.
Call 0 800 400 400 (toll free within Ukraine) from the mobile number you want to port and dictate the mobile number indicated on the starter package purchased.
After the number is ported and the new SIM is activated, a discount for the selected tariff plan will apply.
The indicated tariff prices are valid for the first 6 months of use, after that the standard tariff conditions will apply.
Please note that the mobile number portability is available only in Ukraine.
How to choose a contract tariff plan
Contract tariff plan can be activated only at a Vodafone store.
You can get acquainted with the tariff plans when applying on the website in the Discounted Tariff Plans section or when signing a contract at a Vodafone store.
After submitting the application online, wait for an SMS that the number porting has been approved and then visit our store.
To sign the contract, you will need to have your original passport, ID card or digital ID card in the Diia app.
The indicated tariff prices are valid for the first 12 months of use, after that the standard tariff conditions will apply. The discounted tariff plan specified in the Discounted Tariff Plans section will be available from the 2nd month of use, and the cost of the first month is included in the price of the selected starter package.

Yes. When you become a Vodafone customer, you can change your tariff to any available one.
The change of the mobile operator does not affect the provision of services linked to your mobile number (bank cards, loyalty cards, identification and authorisation on websites, e-mail client, messengers, etc.).
After porting the mobile number to the Vodafone network, you need to select a Vodafone mobile operator and enter your current mobile number to pay for communication services via terminals, websites, mobile apps.
When you call a number that has been ported to another network, Vodafone will inform you that the number has been ported.
Only subscribers of Kyivstar, Lifecell, TriMob and Intertelecom will be able to port their mobile numbers to Vodafone. Unfortunately, the subscribers of other mobile operators cannot port their numbers to Vodafone, but they can make a new activation and use our Number Selection service to a similar number.
The Vodafone customers can deactivate this notification by using a USSD combination:
*181*3# - to deactivate the voice notification during the calls to mobile numbers ported to any mobile operator in Ukraine.
The tariffs apply on the territory of Ukraine if the mobile operator’s network is covered, except for the territory where the state authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers or do not exercise them in full.
Discounted Tariff Plans for Contract Customers mean the possibility to use a tariff plan at a special price for 12 months, depending on the tariff plan for contract customers who port to the Vodafone network using the Mobile Number Porting Service.
Discounted Tariff Plans for PrP Customers mean the possibility to use a tariff plan at a special price for 6 months, depending on the tariff plan for PrP customers who port to the Vodafone network using the Mobile Number Porting Service.
Starting from August 22, 2024, the special price is available for the PrP customers within the first 6 months from the date of the mobile number porting to Vodafone network, namely Joice Start - UAH 120/4 weeks (a 55% discount), Joice Pro - UAH 160/4 weeks (a 51% discount), Joice Max - UAH 180/4 weeks (a 60% discount). Starting from the 7th month, the standard cost of the service package for 4 weeks will apply.
Starting from August 22, 2024, the customers who port their mobile number to Vodafone Turbo will have a special price of UAH 100 for 4 weeks (a 62% discount). The special price will be valid for 6 months from the date of activation of the 2nd service package. Starting from the 8th month after the mobile number porting to the Vodafone network, the standard price will apply.
Starting from August 22, 2024, the special price is available for the first 12 months from the date of the mobile number porting to the Vodafone network, namely Vodafone Red Turbo – UAH 100/month (a 33% discount), Vodafone Red Start – UAH 120/month (a 37% discount), Vodafone Red Pro – UAH 160/month (a 38% discount), Vodafone Red Max – UAH 180/month (a 45% discount), Vodafone Red Unlim Plus – UAH 200/month (a 50% discount), Vodafone Red Unlim Max – UAH 250/month (a 50% discount). Starting from the 13th month, the standard monthly cost of the service package will apply.
The cost of calls is indicated for the first second of each minute of the call, which includes each subsequent second of the specified minute within the call. The cost is charged in the first second of each minute of the call.
The tariffs are quoted in UAH, including VAT and the Pension Fund tax, which is 7.5% of the service cost excluding VAT, as of 22.08.2024.
The minimum term of the tariff plan is 28 days from the date of its introduction.
