What is number porting?
The number porting service (MNP) allows you to keep your number when switching to another operator. THE NUMBER WILL NOT CHANGE at all, even the code at the beginning of the number like 063, 096, 067 will remain the same. This is very convenient, because after changing the operator, it will not be necessary to notify everyone of the new number.

You can apply online and pass the identification via BankID/QES or in a Vodafone store with your document.
When you move to Vodafone, you will keep your number, but you will need to replace your SIM card.
1. Buy a new SIM or eSIM: with a prepaid tariff, you can buy it online or in a Vodafone store, with a contract tariff - only in a store.
Do not activate the new SIM until you start number porting.
2. Call 0800 400 400 from your old SIM and provide us with your new SIM card information.
We will inform you about the start of the transfer process by SMS. You will need to insert a new SIM from Vodafone into your phone, if it is an eSIM, add it to your phone.

How to know if the number you’re dialing has been transferred?
If you have transferred your number to Vodafone, callers from other operators will hear a special tone—a beep—when calling you.
The beep is a short sound that informs the caller that the number is now in another network, and the call cost may differ.
If you’re calling a transferred number in another network, you will also hear the beep. However, if the call is within the Vodafone network, there won’t be a beep because the call cost remains the same.

When submitting an application online: you confirm your identity using Bank ID (your bank details) or ESP (electronic digital signature). If you apply in a store, you will need to provide your document.

How to choose a subscription tariff
After submitting an application for number porting, wait for an SMS that the number porting has been approved and choose the porting method:
1. In a Vodafone store:
Inform us that you have applied for porting.
Choose the starter package with the subscription tariff you want to move to. With the help of a specialist, port your number.
Or buy the MNP starter package for UAH 1 (which will be credited to your mobile account), use a specialist to port your number, choose a tariff and pay the discounted price specified in the Discounted tariffs section.
2. On your own:
At any point of sale, buy a starter package with the tariff you like.
Important! Do not insert a Vodafone SIM card into the device until the number porting process starts. Follow the instructions in the SMS.
From the number you want to port, call 0 800 400 400 (free within Ukraine) and dictate the phone number indicated on the starter pack you purchased.
After the number is ported and the new SIM is activated, the discount for the selected tariff will be applied.
The discount for the tariff indicated in the “Discounted tariffs” section will be valid from the 2nd month of use, and the cost of the first month is included in the price of the selected starter package.
The indicated tariff prices are valid for the first 6 months of use, then - standard tariff conditions.
How to choose a contract tariff
Contract connection is available only in a Vodafone store.
You can get acquainted with the tariffs when applying online in the section “Discounted tariffs” or when signing a contract in a Vodafone store.
After submitting an application online, wait for an SMS that the number porting has been approved, and then visit a Vodafone store.
To sign the contract, you need the original passport, ID card or ID card display in the Diia application.
The indicated tariff prices are valid for the first 12 months of use, then - standard tariff conditions.
Please note: The number portability service is available only on the territory of Ukraine.
Changing the operator does not affect the provision of services linked to your number (bank cards, loyalty cards, identification and authorization on websites, in the email client, messengers, etc.)
After transferring your number to the Vodafone network, you need to choose a Vodafone operator and enter your current number to pay for communication services via terminals, websites, and mobile applications.
When you call a number that has been ported to another network, Vodafone will inform you that the number has been ported.
Vodafone customers can disable this notification by using the USSD combination:
*181*3# - disable voice notification during calls to numbers ported to any mobile operator in Ukraine.
Vodafone customers can also check which network the other party's number belongs to by using the USSD combination: *181*phone number# (the phone number must be in the format 380XX1234567).
The tariffs apply on the territory of Ukraine if the mobile operator’s network is covered, except for the territory where the state authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers or do not exercise them in full.
Discounted Tariff Plans for Contract Customers mean the possibility to use a tariff plan at a special price for 12 months, depending on the tariff plan for contract customers who port to the Vodafone network using the Mobile Number Porting Service.
Discounted Tariff Plans for PrP Customers mean the possibility to use a tariff plan at a special price for 6 months, depending on the tariff plan for PrP customers who port to the Vodafone network using the Mobile Number Porting Service.
From 20.02.2025 for customers of prepaid tariffs, the special price is valid for the first 6 months from the date of number porting to the Vodafone network, and namely: Joice Start - 200 UAH/4 weeks (26% discount), Joice Pro - 250 UAH/4 weeks (24% discount), Joice Max - 340 UAH/4 weeks (24% discount). Starting from the 7th month, the standard cost of the service package for 4 weeks will be valid.
From 20.02.2025 for customers who transfer their number to the Vodafone Turbo tariff, a special price will be available - 200 UAH for 4 weeks (26% discount). The special price is valid for 6 months from the date of number porting to Vodafone network.
Starting from the 7th month, the following rates will apply the standard cost of the service package for 4 weeks.
From 01.03.2025, for postpaid tariff customers a special price will be valid for the first 12 months from the date of porting the number to the Vodafone network, namely: Vodafone Red Start – UAH 200/month (16% discount), Vodafone Red Pro – UAH 250/month (24% discount), Vodafone Red Unlim – UAH 300/month (25% discount), Vodafone Red Unlim Plus – UAH 350/month (25% discount), Vodafone Red Unlim Max – UAH 430/month (25% discount). Starting from the 13th month, the standard cost of the service package per month will apply.
The cost of calls is indicated for the first second of each minute of the call, which includes each subsequent second of the specified minute within the call. The cost is charged in the first second of each minute of the call.
The tariffs are quoted in UAH, including VAT and the Pension Fund tax, which is 7.5% of the service cost excluding VAT, as of 17.03.2025.
The minimum term of the tariff plan is 28 days from the date of its introduction.
