What includes the ONLINE-SPROTYV promotion?
The ONLINE-SPROTYV promotion provides for free within 3 months:
- Joice X2 service when activating the promotion in the Joice tariff or
- Video PASS service when activating the promotion in Vodafone SuperNet prepaid tariffs (Start, Start+, Pro, Pro+, Start 2019, Pro 2019, Pro+ 2021, Pro1 2019) and Vodafone Red contract tariffs (Start and Pro).
The promotion can be activated from 14.10 to 09.02.23 inclusive for prepaid tariffs Joice, Vodafone SuperNet (Start, Start+, Pro) and contract tariffs Vodafone Red (Start, Pro).
For prepaid tariffs Vodafone SuperNet (Pro+, Start 2019, Pro 2019, Pro+ 2021, Pro1 2019) the promo can be activated within the period from 03.11 to 09.02.23.
The promotion period may be changed.
Promotion Terms for Joice tariff
As part of the ONLINE-SPROTYV promotion, Joice tariff is activated for free to Joice X2 service for 3 months (at no extra charge), which increases the basic tariff content. Thus, the following will be provided for a month:
- 20 GB of the internet instead of 10 GB
- 2 000 minutes instead of 1 000 minutes
Unlimited traffic for popular applications will be still available.
The offer will be available if the service package is activated for a month.
When the promotional period expires, the Joice X2 service will be automatically extended. Its cost will be 50 UAH/month (in addition to the basic cost of the Joice tariff on the date of the promotion activation).
The cost of the monthly service package together with the Joice Х2 service within the ONLINE-SPROTYV promotion is 135 UAH/month during the promotional period (3 months).
The cost of the monthly service package together with the Joice Х2 service after the end of the promotional period will be 185 UAH/month. If the Joice X2 service is deactivated from February 10, 2023, the cost of the Joice tariff will be 170 UAH/month. The promotion is unavailable for activation if the customer has started using the Joice Х2 service before 14.10.2022 and uses the Year without Fees service and/or if there is a valid discount on the tariff provided during the switch to the Vodafone network.
How can I use extra minutes and gigabytes?
Extra minutes are available for calls to all networks in Ukraine. The internet gigabytes within the tariff are available for use in 2G, 3G and 4G networks if there is technical access and coverage.

The Video PASS service will be activated for free (no extra charges) within 3 months if the promotion is activated in Vodafone SuperNet prepaid tariffs (Start, Start+, Pro, Pro+, Start 2019, Pro 2019, Pro+ 2021, Pro1 2019), provided that the service package is activated for a month, and in Red Start and Red Pro contract tariffs.
The Video PASS service provides unlimited traffic to the following services: Apple TV, Apple Music, YouTube, YouTube Music, Netflix, MEGOGO, SoundCloud, Deezer, Spotify, Shazam, SWEET.TV and Diia TV.
Customers with previously activated Video PASS service can participate in the promotion. During the promotional period, they will receive a 100% discount on this service.
Starting from the 4th month, the cost of the Video PASS service will be 50 UAH/month in addition to the basic cost of your tariff. The service will be valid until the customer deactivates it. Starting from May 10, 2023 the cost Video PASS service will be 60 UAH/month.

How to deactivate the promotion?
For the Joice tariff, the ONLINE-SPROTYV promotion is deactivated together with the Joice X2 service. To deactivate, dial *811*0#.
After deactivation of the promotion, the Joice X2 service will be available till the next update of the monthly service package. Further, the Joice X2 service will be unavailable for activation and the standard terms of the Joice tariff will apply.
To deactivate the ONLINE-SPROTYV promotion together with the Video PASS service, dial *313*3#.
You can participate in the promotion once only.
If you deactivate the promotion before the end of the promotional period, it will be impossible to activate it again.
