Good news for you: improved tariff plan terms with no change in the cost
From 23.12.2025, for prepaid customers and from 01.01.2026 for contract customers, the list of countries where services are available will change:
1. Available Roaming service
- Available only in 7 countries: Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, Great Britain, Iceland, Liechtenstein.
- Included in the following prepaid tariff plans: Vodafone SuperNet Pro+, Joice Start, Joice Start Special, Joice Pro, Joice Max, Turbo, FLEXX GO, FLEXX TOP, FLEXX GO SPECIAL.
-Included in the following contract tariff plans: Vodafone: FLEXX_GO, FLEXX_GO_MNP, FLEXX_TOP, FLEXX_TOP_MNP
- The service is included in the tariff plan at no additional cost, provided the tariff package is active under the Affordable Roaming as a Gift promotion (valid from 23.12.2025 to 30.06.2026).
2. 5 GB service
- Available in Ukraine and 27 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden.
- Not available in: Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Promotion «Available roaming as a gift»
The promotion provides the «Available roaming» service as a gift to customers of the following tariffs.
For Prepaid: the service packages are available with an active Ukrainian service package for a month (4 weeks). To check whether the package is active or not, dial *101*4# or use My Vodafone
For Contract: the service packages are available if a bill is paid. To check your account balance, dial *110*10# or use My Vodafone
The promotion is valid under the specified terms from 23.12.2025 to 30.06.2026 inclusive. Details and rules of the promotion.
The service is automatically activated upon tariff plan activation or migration, with no change in cost.

How the service works:
It is enough to activate the service only once. After that, it will be automatically updated each month.
Prepaid customers:
After activation, the full GB and minutes of the service will be credited to your account, and may be used in the countries where it is valid.
Please note: the service is valid only if your Ukrainian package is active, please check by dialing *101*4# or go to My Vodafone.
Postpaid customers:
Once the service is activated, you will get a part of the full volume of GB and minutes of the service, proportional to the number of days remaining until the end of the month. The full volume will be credited at the beginning of the next month along with the automatic update of the service.
Please note: the service is valid only if your bill is paid, please check by dialing *110*10# or go to My Vodafone.
If the Ukrainian service package is not valid (prepaid customers) and the bill is not paid (postpaid customers), the roaming Internet speed will be limited to 4 kbit/s, without switching to basic charging. However, the basic charging of the host country will apply for calls.

What happens when the minutes and the in-service Internet run out:
After consuming 10 GB of the Available Roaming service use the Internet at the cost of 20 UAH/300 MB (20 packages per day).
For subscription: after using all daily packages, the Internet is provided without charging until the end of the day.
For contract: after using all daily packages, the mobile Internet speed will be 150 Kbit/s until the service package is updated.
If you used 70 minutes for incoming calls or 30 min for incoming and outgoing calls to the off-net numbers, the basic charging will apply until the service package is updated.
Other conditions:
Service deactivation is not available for prepaid and postpaid customers. Once all MB are used, wait for the automatic update of the service package.
When changing the charges plan, the service will be saved provided it is available in the selected charges plan.

Мandatory legal information
The provision of communication services in roaming is available on the networks of roaming partners, therefore, with the increased load on the network, the Internet speed may be limited. The subscriber is notified on the usage of the packaged MB via SMS.
The calculation interval of each mobile Internet session within the Affordable Roaming service is 1 KB. The cost of calls is indicated for the first second of each minute of the conversation, the cost of which includes each subsequent second of the specified minute within the conversation. The first second of each minute of the call will be charged. The tariffs are indicated in UAH, including VAT and the Pension Fund fee, which is 7.5% of the cost of services excluding VAT, for prepaid subscribers as of 22.01.2025. The minimum term of the tariff is 28 days from the date of its introduction.
