Promotion «Available roaming as a gift»
The promotion provides the «Available roaming» service as a gift to customers of the following tariffs.
For Prepaid: the service packages are available with an active Ukrainian service package for a month (4 weeks). To check whether the package is active or not, dial *101*4# or use My Vodafone
For Contract: the service packages are available if a bill is paid. To check your account balance, dial *110*10# or use My Vodafone
The promotion is valid from 29.03.2023 to 31.01.2024 inclusive under the specified conditions. Details and rules of the promotion.

Terms of use:
- GB are valid for 30 days from the activation date.
- GB of the «Available roaming» service will be consumed first and after their expiry, the additional 1 and/or 3 GB will be used.
- For PrP customers: the additional GB are available only if the «Available roaming» service is activated and the Ukrainian service package is active for a month (4 weeks).
- For PoP customers: the additional GB are available only if the «Available roaming» service is activated and the bill is paid.

How the service works:
It is enough to activate the service only once. After that, it will be automatically updated each month.
Prepaid customers:
After activation, the full GB and minutes of the service will be credited to your account, and may be used in the countries where it is valid.
Please note: the service is valid only if your Ukrainian package is active, please check by dialing *101*4# or go to My Vodafone.
Postpaid customers:
Once the service is activated, you will get a part of the full volume of GB and minutes of the service, proportional to the number of days remaining until the end of the month. The full volume will be credited at the beginning of the next month along with the automatic update of the service.

If the Ukrainian service package is not valid (prepaid customers) and the bill is not paid (postpaid customers), the roaming Internet speed will be limited to 4 kbit/s, without switching to basic charging. However, the basic charging of the host country will apply for calls.
What happens when the minutes and the in-service Internet run out:
After consuming 10 GB of the Available Roaming service use the Internet at the cost of 15 UAH/200 MB (20 packages per day). After using all daily packages the mobile Internet speed will be 150 kbps before updating the service package.
If you used 70 minutes for incoming calls or 30 min for incoming and outgoing calls to the off-net numbers, the basic charging will apply until the service package is updated.
What other services may be activated together with the Available Roaming service:
Customers of the Available Roaming service may activate additional 1, 3 or 5 GB of the Internet.
To activate 1 GB additionally for 30 days, dial: *600*55# or go to My Vodafone
Additional 3 GB for 30 days: *600*56# or go to My Vodafone
Additional 1 and 3 GB are valid if the Available Roaming service is activated and the Ukrainian service package is valid (for prepaid customers) and a paid bill (for postpaid customers).
Once the service is activated, the gigabytes of the Available Roaming service will be active first, after that 1 and/or 3 GB.
You may also activate the GigaRoaming Ultraservice, which provides 5 GB of the Internet for UAH 175 for 30 days: *600*10# or go to My Vodafone. The service may be ordered regardless of the paid Ukrainian package of services (for prepaid customers) and a paid bill (for postpaid customers).
The service is available and operates regardless of the Available Roaming service and the Ukrainian package.
Other conditions:
To deactivate the service, prepaid customers have to wait until the Ukrainian service package for a month/4 weeks becomes inactive (unpaid) and dial *600*60# (after deactivation, the basic charging will apply).
Service deactivation is not available for postpaid customers. Once all MB are used, wait for the automatic update of the service package.
When changing the charges plan, the service will be saved provided it is available in the selected charges plan.

Мandatory legal information
The provision of communication services in roaming is available on the networks of roaming partners, therefore, with the increased load on the network, the Internet speed may be limited. The subscriber is notified on the usage of the packaged MB via SMS.
The calculation interval of each mobile Internet session within the Affordable Roaming service is 1 KB. The cost of calls is indicated for the first second of each minute of the conversation, the cost of which includes each subsequent second of the specified minute within the conversation. The first second of each minute of the call will be charged. The tariffs are indicated in UAH, including VAT and the Pension Fund fee, which is 7.5% of the cost of services excluding VAT, for prepaid subscribers as of 22.06.2023. The minimum term of the tariff is 28 days from the date of its introduction.
