Temporary Number Blocking
The «Number Retention in the Network» service enables to temporarily block a number at the customer’s request or in case of loss of the device (all incoming, outgoing calls and SMS for blocked numbers will be unavailable). The service is activated only at the customer’s initiative.
Cost: no charges will be made until the end of the month when the service was activated. The service cost from the 2nd month will be 10 UAH/month.
In case of non-payment for the «Number Retention in the Network» service, another type of blocking will be automatically activated – for non-payment of the bill, which is valid within 3 months, after which the number will be deactivated.
Activation:
– by calling 111 (free of charge from Vodafone Ukraine numbers);
– by calling 0 800 400 111 (free of charge from all networks in Ukraine).
General information
4,2 UAH per day is the estimated cost per day in the Vodafone Red Turbo tariff, which is determined by dividing the cost of a package of services for the calendar month into the average duration of the month: 125 UAH for 30 days. Estimated cost per day for calendar months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated by dividing the cost of a package of services for a calendar month for the corresponding number of days.
The Vodafone Red Turbo tariff provides unlimited mobile internet for month, but after using 30 GB, its speed will be up to 0,8 Mbp/s. Read the Unlimited Internet Fairness Policy.
Customers of Vodafone Pospaid&Bisness tariffs can use app «Дія» unlimitedly from 02.21.2020.
A special conditions in the tariff is valid in accordance with the administrative-territorial structure of Ukraine at the time of the tariff launch.
Tariffs are valid on the territory of Ukraine. Tariffs in UAH including VAT and Pension Fund collection 7,5% from services’ price without VAT, on 01.04.2023. Call rates are charged per first second of each minute.
