The Unlimited Abroad service for Joice customers

Activate the Unlimited Abroad service and make the unlimited calls to your relatives who use the T-Mobile/Heyah mobile networks (Poland). .

Calls abroad in the Joice tariff within the monthly service package and daily tariffs. 

Stay in touch with your friends and relatives. The cost of international calls in the Joice tariff starts from 15 min/25 UAH per day of use in 16 countries (within 20 packages per day) or 5 min/30 UAH per day of use in 14 countries (within 20 packages per day).

• Overbundled internet – 15 UAH for every 200 MB (within 20 packages by the end of the day at maximum speed, and afterwards the speed will be up to 150 Kbps).

• SMS abroad – 6 UAH/SMS.

• The gigabytes of the internet within the tariff are available for use in 2G, 3G and 4G networks with technical access and coverage.

If your monthly service package has expired, you can personally activate it:

• To correctly charge a service package for a month, please end all previously started internet sessions or turn the phone off and on.
• The date of the next charge and renewal of the service package depends on the date of activation of the monthly service package.

Unlimited traffic for the Дія app (functionality for documents) jointly with with Дія Radio is available regardless of the service package activation for a month; Unlimited traffic for Дія TV is available only when the service package is activated for a month.

Unlimited messengers do not apply to audio and video calls in such applications as Telegram, Facebook Messenger, as well as messaging (text and graphic messages) in such applications as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business that will be charged according to your tariff plan.

The basic service package does not include the subscription fee in such internet applications (services) as Apple TV, Apple Music, YouTube Premium, YouTube Music Premium, Netflix, MEGOGO, Google Play Music, Deezer, Spotify, SWEET.TV and other.

The Google Play application is identical to the Play Market application, and may change its name to Play Market depending on the version of the smartphone’s operating system.

Most services and applications use not only their own but also third-party resources that can use the GB of your primary package. For the correct operation, we recommend to monitor the GB balance in the primary package (in My Vodafone app).

Unlimited traffic to your favorite applications is provided only if you use the service through the official iOS or Android applications and through the official web versions in smartphones. When using unofficial applications or Lite versions, the traffic may not be identified in the network and will be charged according to your tariff plan.

After using 30 GB in total in the unlimited applications and services, the internet speed for them will be up to 2.5 Mbps. Read the Fair Usage Policy on unlimited internet for applications and services in the Joice tariff. 

Within the basic service package you get the unlimited traffic in the listed applications, except for the following technical traffic to be charged, for example:

• Ads while watching streaming video
• Pop-up notifications and promotional links in apps
• External links and navigation to other websites, programs, news, blogs, maps, etc.
• Podcasts
• RRS channels
• Software update
• Videos and content hosted on other websites displaying in the app

Unlimited traffic provided for use in the above applications and services is not subject to sharing. The traffic of the connected device when using the smartphone as an internet access point (in modem mode) or when used in modems, downloading the traffic using data compression services (Onavo, KickBit etc.) or VPN is charged according to the terms of the tariff plan.

The cost of the starter pack is 200 UAH.

6,67 UAH/day is the estimated cost per day in Joice, which is determined by dividing the cost of a service package for the calendar month into the average duration of the month: 200 UAH for 30 days. The estimated daily cost for the calendar months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated by dividing the cost of a service package for a calendar month into the corresponding number of days.

The tariffs are applicable on the territory of Ukraine with the presence of the operator’s network coverage, except for the territory where the public authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers or do not exercise them in full.

The cost of calls is indicated for the first second of each minute of the call, the cost of which includes each subsequent second of the specified minute within the conversation. The payment is charged in the first second of each minute of the conversation.
The tariffs are indicated in hryvnias, including VAT and the Pension Fund fee, which is 7.5% of the service cost, net of VAT, as of 22.02.2024.
The minimum term of the tariff is 30 days from the date of its introduction.
