To activate services package for month correctly, you must complete all previously started internet sessions or switch your mobile phone off and on.
Terms of use of daily services
If there sufficient amount of money on the account, the monthly package fee is charged automatically. It happens after one month from the date when the package was connected (from 00:00 to 8:00).
For example, if the service package was connected on the 25th, the payment will be withdrawn on the 25th of the following month. As soon as the service package is charged, you will receive an SMS (after 8:00).
Important information: until you receive an SMS about service package activation, you will have a daily rate, ie calls, SMS and the Internet will be paid.
If on an account does not enough money to pay for monthly package service, then there is an automatically will be available daily rates with obligatory payment.
In the future, every day, the system will check the status of your account and, as soon as there is a sufficient amount, will connect a monthly service package.

5 UAH per day is estimated cost per day in the Vodafone SuperNet Pro+ tariff, which is determined by dividing the cost of a package of services for a calendar month into the average duration of the month: 150 UAH for 30 days. Estimated cost per day for calendar months of 28, 29, 31 days can be calculated by dividing the cost of a package of services for a calendar month for the corresponding number of days.
If you purchase the starter kit, dial 111 or connect to the internet and immediately use the service package per month.
Mobile internet speed for Vodafone SuperNet Pro will be settled in the following way: up to 150 Kbit/s after monthly Internet volume usage available according to tariff plan terms and additional 20 packs for 200 MB for every 7 UAH until the end of the day.
Customers of Vodafone Prepaid SuperNet tariffs who activate monthly packed services can use app «Дія» unlimitedly. Unlimited application «Дія» (functionality for documents) together with «Дія Radio» is available regardless of the connection of the service package for a month. Unlimited on «Дія TV» is available only when the service package is connected for a month.
The free «Voice Mail» service is available in the tariff. Receive voice messages even if your mobile phone is switched off or you can’t answer the call. When a new voice message appears – you will receive SMS about the date, time and the number of the person who sent it.
Tariffs are valid in Ukraine if there is technical access and coverage. The price of calls is stated for the first second of every minute of call, including each successive second of specified minute within conversation. Call rates are charged per first second of each minute.
Tariffs are stated in UAH including VAT and Pension fund tax in amount of 7,5% of service cost without VAT as of 01.04.2024. Minimum validity of tariff is 30 days starting from its subscription.
